  1. The Saga continues.......The Hole-In-the-Wall workshop is located on a far and distant planet with two moons. All life forms are welcome. The door to the workshop swings open, allowing a sand trooper to enter. "Got any of that great Java Juice, WoodChuck?' the trooper asks. "Help yourself, Woodchuck replies, motioning to the automated java machine that is already dispensing a fresh brew for the weary trooper. "Are you returning from the battle on that giant asteriod?" Woodchuck inquires. "Yeah, we kicked some serious alien-butt, I tell ya. I went thru all of my ammo, and then some, it was touch and go there for awhile." Sneaky little sons-a-guns, them aliens. They kept hiding from the squad by changing form so they looked just a part of the rock wall on the east ridge of the asteroid. We were short of electrobinocs, so we had to get within their firing range to to able to detect them. They may have looked like the rock, but the slime trails they left gave them away every time. "Why didn't you have enough binocs? Isn't that standard issue for a sand trooper? Woodchuck asks. "Used to be, in the old days," the sand trooper answered with a deep sigh. "Supplys are getting too expensive. The Garrison can't afford to equip every trooper, so they just give what they can to the squad leaders, and hope they can direct their men. It ain't working out. Our squad leader went down early, took one right thru the chest, after his binocs exploded from the impact. We needed to be able to see from afar, The slime trails light up like a Christmass tree with binocs from over a mile away. We could have directed air support in and saved a lot of lives. We need more supplies, but ther just isn't enough financal resources available." "I've been working on a prototype binoc that might work for you," WoodChuck offered. "Once it's done, I could make them available to any sand trooper who stops by at a reasonable price." "Thanks for the Java Juice, WoodChuck, and I'll pass the word to the troops."

A sand trooper asked me to make him a sent of non-functioning, replica binocs in kit form. I need to know how much interest there would be in me making these. As with all my products, they will be HAND-MADE from wood and PVC. That being said, they will also be WELL MADE as I tend to over engineer everything I create.

  2. WoodChuck here. I am beginning a run of my version of the DC-15 long rifle. These heavy duty blasters are highly detailed, and movie accurate, yet weigh only six pounds fully assembled. Each long rifle seperates into three sections for easy storage.

$375 ships within USA, foreign countries PM me for current shipping rates. Thanks for your interst.

  3. WoodChuck here. I don't admit it often, but I spent twenty years as a postal employee, BUT I was in the maintenance section, FAR REMOVED from the COLLECTION & DELIVERY sections. I was an ET-10, an electronic tech assigned to work on all of the automated sorting machines.

I just had two incidents with them. One, they dropped off a blaster that I had insured WITHOUT requiring a signature, so it was stolen. Second, they shipped another side arm FIRST CLASS and it took like 14 days to arrive, even though I paid for Priority mail service. I agree, I buy extra insurance, pay for delivery confirmation, and also add on a SIGNATURE REQUIRED tag.

I ship my blasters in a triangular shaped box, and UPS (BROWN) charges an extra $11 just because the parcel isn't box-shped, either square or rectangular. So UPS has a racket too.

I get my revenge on the postal service every month when my pension is deposited.LOL!!!

  4. WoodChuck here. I have been adding little SW stories to my posts as an attempt to make them interesting.

The saga continues...............On a far and distant planet, hidden behind the shadow of three moons, there is a small business establishment known as "The Hole In The Wall Workshop". The owner's name is WoodChuck. All life forms are welcome. No helmets can be worn to hide behind, no politics, no violence. Everyone is treated equal here in the workshop.

WoodChuck stays busy building sidearms, carbines, a couple of BFG's, even a DC-oppps, RC-15S side arm for the repulic commandos. Ironically, there are several show cases out front, but they are always empty, as the items sell as fast as they are completed.

"What are you working on at the moment?" asks a two-headed mongrel, wearing rotten robes, and packing a HUGE sidearm.

Woodchuck appears from the back room saying, " Hey Kcuhc, Great timing. I have just finished five DC-15 blasters." Kcuhc leans on the display case as Woodchuck hands him the shorty blaster. "HMMMM, very nice, highly detailed, light, durable, and ready to do battle." Yeah, these cost $190 shipped anywhere within the USA. I was packing them for shippping when you came in."

Suddenly, a very strong aroma of sweet perfume fills the air. Both men turn towards the entrance of the shop. A tall, beautiful woman has just entered, saying, "Either of you seen JadesFire recently?" Her eyes sparkle like wine, her smile takes your breath away.

"Grumpf....er.. nope I ain't seen her in months," Kcuhc responds, trying to keep the drool in check.

"Why do you ask of her whereabouts, lovely lady?" Woodchuck says. Both men seem to strain to keep in constant eye contact with her as she moves even closer to them.

"Jadesfire has something that belongs to me, and I want it back." At that point, she placed her purse on top of the display case, and began searching the contents. Several items were removed, scattered along the glass top. " Here's my card, see that she gets it, will you?". Woodchuck took the hologram, and the lady was gone.

"Wow, who was that!?" Kcuhc growled.

"MARA JADE" and a phone number is all it says", WoodChuck answered. " I don't think I want to be in Jadefire's shoes right now, she didn't look too happy."

Here is a photo of what Jadesfire has that belongs to Mara Jade:

  5. Thanks Woodchuck! I was really bummed a few weeks ago when a guy in my Garrison put his pack up for sell.....I missed it by four hours!!! :(

I was just goofing around to see a tutorial for a T-21 and found this wooden wonder! :)

Shipped in two days and in perfect condition. You definately have talent in woodworking bro! I wasn't expecting such detail. Talk about BFG's! Glad I could score one, it's gonna look sick over my new mantle! :D

WoodChuck here. Thanks for the compliments Scootch. You are one of only four troopers that will have the chance to own one, as I do not intend on making any more T-21's. Chuck
