  1. Like i said '' weathering is something personal '' !! It's looking quite ok ! Though i find the boots way too heavy weathered as also the backplate , AB plate is flipping on the top, what are those white dots on the pauldron ??

Anyway...you don't have to like someone else his / her Armor but joking around with someone else his / her Armor is also not nescesarry is it ??

You like your Armor the way it is..be proud and happy but some other doesn't ..heg...like i said it's a personal thing !! You don't low down a fellow trooper !! No matter how he or she looks like !!

    Grtz RAY

Iam glad you gave your honest opinion Ray, like i said i have offered my help to him.

Also what up with this "her Armor but joking around with someone else his" who says iam joking about him....???!

I have seen your TD suit on pictures from CE and i have many marks about your weathering also, but you dont hear me go about that....

Anyway lets just keep the negative things out of the boards. Iam out.

  2. Thanks Scootch. yeah, that won't be rubbing off any time soon

I weathered the boots the same as the armor, just spray a little of the paint on a sponge mixed with a little acetone and dampen. gives it a real nice weathered look.

Does anyone have any extra belt Canvas for sale, I need to switch these out. please PM me if you do.

Try to contact Firebladejedi, he sells great canvas belts in two colors B)

  3. Well, THAT was a short lived Halloween. I don't know how you guys troop in these things. The minute I put the helmet on, the lenses fogged up and I couldn't see squat (Note to Self: Install fans). After that, the pauldron kept curling up, so I took it off (Note to Self: Velcro pauldron down). Then, the velcro on the cod piece started detaching (Note to Self: Sew the velcro onto the elastic). Followed by the thigh pieces drooping (Note to Self: Trim the thigh pieces). Lastly, the adhesive on the velcro inside the left shoulder bell detached, as well as on the butt plate. AAAAARRRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!!

Too many wardrobe malfunctions left me standing at the edge of the patio to limit my movement. After a little while, I just took most of it off.

    Back to the drawing board.

At least I got some pics with some hot chicks though. :)

First Troops always lets you know what you need to change or modify on your armor.

Its normal that these things happen B) ( Had the same here ) But thats the way of costuming, upgrading, upgrading, upgrading,,,, ;)

Great weathering though and a great picture with the girls! B)
