  1. Here you see my collection as well.

The small ones are ww2 spanish ones.

The big ones are ww2 french once.

    MP40 canvas left/wien stolla right.

Thanks for the pictures, but which ones does "Move Along" trooper use and where does he wear them?

What about Davin Felth? Which pouches does he use and where?

    Example:

    "Move Along" trooper:

    MP-40 canvas shoulder

    Wien Stolla right hip

    French left hip

    Davin Felth

    MP-40 canvas shoulder

    Wien Stolla left hip

    French right hip

    See what I'm looking for?

  2. Yours is a norway, leather replica of the mp 40.

    Wrong model.

The ww2 MP40 model comes in many versions.

I've looked at looksirdroids.com quite a bit, but can't figure out what the proper waist pouches are for the "Move Along" trooper and Davin Felth.

They seem to both use canvas MP-40 on the shoulder, correct? What are the correct waist pouches.

Please tell me [which pouch] [which side of the body, from the actors perspective]

    Thanks in advance.

  3. I'm 5'9" and 175lbs.

    Last September (2007) I was 216 lbs.

Lost about 40 lbs and it was really easy. I did a combination of no carbs and calorie reduction.

Basically, if my wife made chicken, green beans and potatoes, I didn't eat the potatoes, AND I didn't add extra food to make up for the potatoes.

If you eliminate your carb/refined sugar intake for 5-6 months, you'll get down to your target weight. There's still alot of great stuff to eat.

Once you get to your target weight (mine was 175lbs) start working carbs back into your diet. Step on the scale everyday. If you get down to 173ish, eat what every you want that weekend. Eat whatever you want on holidays. When the scale says 178lbs+, eat more salads for lunch.

Most people probably eat fine to maintain their weight, but they've increased their weight by 40lbs over 15 years or so. It only takes a few months to reverse all that weight gain, and just a bit of attention to the scale to maintain it. I found the whole process really easy. I was surprised how easy it was to loose 40lbs and keep it off.

If you need any advice, post here or PM me and I'll answer.

  4. I'd like to see the same shield that is on the left hand corner of this website, albeit, with less detail. Keep the same shape, but make the graphic all blue and remove the text.

Basically, design 1 or 3 with a more "shield like" exterior shape.

I could try that. I wanted to mimic some already existing beret flash/patches, and make the shape more bold.

It's your deal. In the end make something you'd want to wear. I made my first few 501st shirts because nothing worthwhile is ever available. At this point the build of my TD is eminent (though I'm still in research mode), and I thought I would throw in my two cents, since I'd like a beret and I plan on going TD pretty hard core.

No matter which way you go, I'm exicted about the project. I think a beret would be the best way to crown someones deployment.

  5. I know this is asked alot.

I know because I've searched for "sniper knee" and read every post that was returned from the search, but what I want to know specificly is where can I get a sniper knee plate and ab that perfectly match the FX abs armor in thickness and finish.

Yes, I've found the templates on how to make your own, and I've seen options provided by TM and some made for the AP kit.

Please PM me if you know of an option specificly made for the FX kit, that uses the same plastic and is vac formed.

    Thanks in advance.
