  1. Its just my interpretation from all the resources you and TD-1536 have contributed. You guys did an even more difficult job thats for sure.
  2. Its cut out from the bottom of a mineral water plastic bottle. Its the closest thing I can think of. Hey whitecommando i saw your other thread in your "Texan slank" and purdy gals that made my day! **** funny although I don't fully understand the sentence. Thanks for looking.
  3. Thanks but I'm not worhty of these compliments. Credit must be given to people like TD-1536, SethB6025, RoCKo and many others who have done indepth studies and very kind to share their knowledge. The individual components of the pack are mostly done except with few remaining ones to be completed before final assembly. You can tell these are from common items such as pvc pipe/tubes, wipes containers, chinese bowls, toy bat, drink bottle, plastic trays, camping chair, tupperware and even a toilet flush! These are years of sourcing as I wanted to completely scratch build the backpack with cheap daily items and without ready made vacformed items. I will update again when more work is done. Thanks for looking.
  4. Hello all. Since I posted on my local forum thought I should put it up over here too to share. Afterall, this is where I got all the resources and help from. Some parts I've gathered for the "move-along" pack and thanks for looking:
  5. This is great! It was worth waiting since you first received the kit till now to see such beautiful work between you and the master. If you can send me the high res would be feast to the eye and also as a useful guide if I could get myself a TM kit by christmas!
  6. You are not alone! You can share my bread bro.
  7. Appreciate the large detail pictures. These are jaw-dropping materials! Now I can show them to my wife and she will understand why of all things I must go for a TM.
  8. People can only oogle at the photos and OMG you actually got 2 TM suits? This is not fair! Can't wait to see your outdoor shoot. Fantastic work bro! I'm very close to ordering my set of TM soon and hope he be available. Wish me luck!
  9. This will forever silent those who have doubted your scuplt. I'm going to start saving now.
  10. I think these questions will do me for now. I know I am asking a lot at once, so feel free to take pieces at a time to answer. I appreciate help from any makers or anyone who has experience building armor for someone my size. Thanks so much! I'm shorter than you. Thought I ought to share with you my experience since my big concern has always been size issue. Before you tossed out the FX, this is me in my FX which I trimmed like **** before it became wearable and troopable. With some patience, careful trimming and rigging you can still acheive a decent look in the end. The myth that FX is ONLY for a bigger person is not true. This is the armor that allow massive trimming which IMO it has a place among the smaller built too. Another plus for FX is of course the price. Affordability is my first concern unless money is no matter for you. Just my 2 cents! I forgot, the FX helmet is not suitable for us.
  11. Sadly I can only give my son this: Now I know what to get when he outgrows his "costume". Paul, I sent you pm
  12. Rolf, you mind pm me the contact for AP? Thanks
  13. Copy that. I will say it like this. Go for the TE2, if you like to have the most authentic armor. If you like to have the second best authentic armor, go for the AP. If you like to have the most anh accurate armor, go for the TM (but TM is taking a brake). Cheers Thanks I'll remember that. Do you know if TM will produce again or is he hanging his mold? I once pm him but no response so I thought he rejected my inquiry. Alternatively, I might just go for the AP just like yours, fantastic!
  14. WOW! Your AP looks stunning. I'm so confused now!
  15. I got the TM untrim, just like the AP kit. I dont think that TM´s kit is larger/bigger then the ap parts. I think you can trim the TM suit for a "bigger" person. Because you can trim the TM more like you like, to its fit you great. I´m 182 cm high (about 6´whit out armor on), and weight 72 kg. And the TM fit me great. If you like i can take more compare shots of the AP/TM suit parts, when i´m done whit the TM suit . What about trimming down for a smaller person? On the other hand do you have difficulty fitting into the AP? Thanks for making the comparison which I don't think anyone has attempted before. This is great because I really have to decide between TM and AP soon and you are my only hope!
  16. Please ignore my question. I can see they are AP now. I'm a bit slow today. BTW, is there a difference in the size of the armor? I'm about 5.5' short so even though my heart is with TM but I think I can only go with AP or TE (if he makes again). Do you mind PM me the price for TM and AP?
  17. A compare pic. Can you tell me which other helmets are you comparing with in the photo? Is the TM really larger?
  18. Nice work from the master and you are amazingly fast! I'm curious to know how long did you wait to order the set?
  19. I'm gathering parts for my new backpack. Anyone has the white piece (control panel on the thermal detonator) for sale?
  20. Thanks RoCKo for your tips. I will consult with TM about the matter. Thanks TM. My measurement has been PM to you.
  21. Hello I'm new here. Can the TM armor fit a 5'4'' or should I go for AP? Appreciate anyone with similar problem or experience to help me out. Thanks
  22. I'm also interested in the new material. When is AP going to make them and how do I go about letting him/her know I'm interested to place an order for the new type? Has anyone actually bought and worn able to provide some opinion?
