That's some nice armour and a great fit to. Like everyone else the helmet weathering looks fantastic
Can't wait to see it all dirtied up and finished.

I thought at first glance the pics of the MA trooper was a statue or maquette so I didn't think any thing of it. weiBes that's amazing and a great likeness. Killer job
-
Thanks For sharing weiBes, Thats some really interesting info you've shared. Much appreciated

Thanks for posting the Link How long does it generally take for The RPF to reveiw your account before you can post?

I haven't actually seen a TM or TE, AP in person only the FX. I was just going off all the info posted by others. All the figures could be way wrong I was just showing the principle of how the math should be worked out.
-
i knew there was shrinkage in size of TE and AP from the original but i was under the impression that an FX lid was roughly 10% bigger than most ANH accurate lids on the market ergo if TM suits are roughly 10% bigger than TE2 or AP suits that would make it FX size. although to be honest alot of parts on an FX kit are well out of proportion anyway i.e. the legs are shorter and wider and the forearms and shins seem smaller. just wondering anyhow, no biggy
If TE and AP armour is 10% smaller than original then another way of saying this is its 90% of the full size. FX is Therefor is 110% of the full size (being 10% bigger) And TM falls nicely in the middle at 100%.
Hope this helps make it easier to understand

The way the physics work etc it'll be more like playing through a movie than a game. Just can't wait Thanks for sharing those awesome pics Jez, I wonder what helmet they used as their reference?

Good work Braks,
Does anyone know which helmet the Guy 2nd from the right is holding (Move Along armour guy).
I love that helmet, it's the way I've always thought a should look. Nice high brow.
-
Thanks Braks Awesome stuff.

Your a very lucky man Jack That's a keeper
Killer Armour TM

look what i spotted on a screencap from ANH
i noticed this on TD1536's TE2 helmet (the higher trimming). I've always Loved the high brow Sandtroopers and I was wondering how the extra brow height was achieved, I guess I know now

Looks good, less is more.
I agree Just wish it was a bit more greyish like you said

Are you only refferring to TE helmets or the TE2 as well because although it's hard to see, TK4510's TE2 appears to be better in the way it lined up which may mean it is in the way they are trimmed.

Thanks TD252 So many great books and no cash

Look under the cheek tube on lukes helmet in that picture, could be the shadow but it looks like how it's on a SDS helmet?
That's interesting Dirty Dave, It makes me want to have a closer look at Luke's helmet
-
Here's a link to TK4510's TE2 Helmet which I recently aquired
It seems to be more like the GINO angle (though a little hard to see)
If you don't want this pic linked to TK4510 I'll remove it straight away

Really nice, that white looks heaps better. As for the guage hard call it's the difference in a sturdy trooping helmet and a great display piece.
Thanks for the new pics

Great shots BB, thanks for sharing them, I have a Meatstock and a TE2 (picked up TK4510's it's still in transit) just need a Gino now to have the three.
