Captain4434
I need some advice/help with trimming up my thigh armor for more comfortable movement. Thanks for any help
TD-4242
I took the plunge and actually trimmed almost 2 inches off the top of mine to make them shorter, and fit better. I also trimmed up the back knee part in order to make walking a little better, do that more on the calf piece though.

TD-4242
sorry I didn't take any pictures that would really show what I did as far as cutting down the top of the thigh piece, and an after picture you wouldn't really be able to tell what I did without an original sitting next to it for comparison. I'll snap some pics of the back knee area so you can see the trimming that was done there.

SethB6025
cutting the thigh is good, go for it, you'll be able to walk easier. I opted to cut a little more at the top of the thigh (about 2 inches), and a little at the bottom of the greave (about an inch). This saved me from cutting much of anything at the back of the knee.
