mr_hair Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 With mine, I painted the whole thing gunmetal silver, then dry brushed the whole thing satin black. The butt stock is painted a reddish brown, then I rubbed in black with a sponge, pulling it all in one direction so it looks kindaile wood grain Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

P3laton3 Posted March 5, 2015 Share Posted March 5, 2015 Hi Rick, There're no restircted rules about the weathering but on the stock, that has to be Bakelite rather than wood looking here some reading and pics LINKand here some refs also as you can see some parts come with a slightly brownish colour others like the grip in glossy black.
