I think that's a very valid point. There is serious price gouging going on and in my opinion is just begging somebody to recast your stuff. The phrase "you get what you pay for "only gets you so far"

I have no dog in this fight - I'm just trying to get clarification on my part because I'm new to the whole TK scene. So, no lies or personal agenda here. Just seems to me we are saying it's OK to be a recaster if you are one of the many people cranking out TE-derived armor.

Right, but it's still cast off of somebody else's work, unlike tm and the old am/fx which was fan sculpted. So we're saying it's obviously ok to recast a rotj suit that has been cleaned up (since all the te lineage stuff is basically the same suit), but once somebody does that with an anh suit the torches and pitchforks come out? Also I'm not saying this new stuff is recast or not, sure it looks close but I don't have an eye for that sort of thing.

Not trying to get into all the drama, but isn't all the te lineage stuff recast off of itself? Te, te2, cap, mtk, etc? And if the rs stuff is cast off of a screen suit then isn't that a recast too? What's the difference?
