Often there is what some have called a web at the top of the ab plate. I've often felt that it looked like a white hook but could not think of what was hooked there. Could this "white strap" be hooked to the top of the ab plate and if so, why?

Thanks for the ideas folks. RoCKo, if you know, does your arm go through the small loop and the large one go around your neck. I'm just trying it visualize.

How do you mount/wear your shoulder pouch? I've bought one off Ebay but for the life of me I can't figure out how to wear it. I'm going to have to modify it so, give me some tips if you can.
