P.A.R.T.Y. im certain if we all booked into the same Hotel we would get a massive discount and be able to Chat to one another and sample the many delights of a beutiful country. It doesnt have to be for a whole week maybe a 4 day Break. Im sure that between us all we could come up with some great ideas to keep us all amused WE CAN DO THIS

I was thinking the other day while looking at the deployed pictures at how cool it would be to get the MEPD to host an event in its own right and get as many of its members to all appear and get aN MEPD picture similar to Celebration. Now i know logistically it would be a nightmare as we are all from different parts of the world but hey my moto is "never say never" Next year is a Big year 30yr anniversary of StarWars ANH, now my guess is there will be an awful lot of events going on next year but it would be so cool for us the MEPD members to get togeter on Hallowed ground and pull off the Ultimate get together and Unique Picture ever seen in the History of the 501st at the home of StarWars ............ TUNISIA. COME ON GUYS WE CAN DO THIS, ANY HELP IN ORGANISING THIS ID BE WILLING TO DO AS MUCH AS I CAN.

i have based my Sandtrooper Armour on the "move along" Sandtrooper he doesnt have a BFG. Does this affect my application into joining the MEPD

Well i thought id show some Progress Pictures Of My Sandtrooper. I still need to add the Pouches and install the Snap system. The armour is all held together with bits of velcro this is just a dry run and i have to say im quite pleased with how its looking and coming along. I think the back pack needs raising up slightly too as it seems to be sitting a bit low Cant wait to get it properly finished and Troop again

Well here is the Helmet all Dirtied Up as you can see ive had a bit a play around im really pleased how this has turned out

MODS PLEASE MOVE IF IN THE WRONG SECTION I COULDNT FIND A HELMET SECTION. Well the helmet is almost done Ready for weathering just need to Paint up the Frown, and ears, re-postion the vocoder, the decals have been added since the picture was taken. Sorry for the colour of the Pics very Poor Lighting The next time you see this helmet it will be Dirty

So here is my first Question im sorry if its been covered before but i cant find reference to it any where. Ive read that the Shoulder Straps were different on the Sandtrooper to that of the Stormtrooper, if this is true then what do you guys use instead. Many thanks

Thanks for the welcome Guys..... Well im slowly Collecting Parts for My Back Pack, My Pauldron arrived today. I have on order some Canvas Ammo Pouches and a Frame for the Back Pack. I plan to Dirty my Old FX armour but im going to USE a VSF Helmet (see my website for pics) as i feel this would look awsome not just on my Site but dirted up too. Simon
