  1. Hi Heather, Let's start with the backpack, there are still a few details to work on: First, I have to say, the different seed tray colors are a fun detail; I'd actually never noticed that before. I like it. The pack needs to be weathered much more; compared to the armor, it's far too clean. Also, take a look at the area around the Brexton Box. You should shorten the top part of the Mortar Tube a bit; the gap between the lid and the detail is still too large. And, there needs to be a screw in the center of the radar dish. I would spray the radio black; all the markings aren't visible in the pictures. Regarding the Bapytblaster—a very nice piece, it's amazing what's possible with 3D printing—it is printed, right? However, you should remove the cable in the middle; the Bapyt didn't have that. Regards Thomas

  2. Hi Heather, My vacation is over and I now have a bit more time. Good work, I must say – I especially appreciate the details, like the duct tape. A few things, particularly on the backpack, caught my eye. There are still a few minor things that need correcting. You know yourself that SWAT is quite a challenge, which is precisely why we wear this award with pride. I'll get back to you with more details in the next few days. Best regards Thomas (bigwam)

  3. Hello Sandy Brothers and Sisters, I wanted to share that I’ve decided not to run for MEPD Detachment Leader again. I firmly believe that things should change of every few years to give other people a chance to bring something to the table. I’ve been trying to get someone from my command staff to run for the last couple of years because I believe the new leadership should come from within the command staff. I now have a command member running and also a newcomer running for the position. So I wish them both well in the elections. Serving in this role has been an incredibly meaningful experience, and I’m truly thankful for the encouragement, support, and teamwork I’ve received along the way. I’ve learned a great deal and am proud of what we’ve accomplished together. Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and making this experience so rewarding. I’m grateful to have worked with such a dedicated group of people and look forward to cheering you on in the future. With sincere thanks, Tim Allen TD-10930
