	I’m wanting to double check on what is approvals or not for pauldron/blaster combos. <br />

</p>

<p>
	From reading other posts, it seems like basic approval can be done for a combo of 2 small Spanish pouches, an orange pauldron, E-11(ANH) and no backpack. <br />
	<br />
	However, if I am shooting for level 2 approval, I would need to swap the E-11 for a T-21 in order to have the docking bay look. The alternative is to forgo the pauldron for the basic trooper from the docking bay as well. <br />

</p>

<p>
	Is my understanding correct or am I missing something?
</p>

<p>
	I'm new and I'm desperate to buy one of Imperial Surplus' Sandtrooper backpack kit. I've tried to contact them including twice on their site and I haven't heard a thing. Is there another way I might be able to get in touch with them? Thanks for your help...

	I’m converting my TK to a TD.  No back pack, so just hip pouches needed.  Can’t find info on what exactly is acceptable and there is so much out there.  Is it the three mag in leather?  Are there other acceptable pouches?  Thanks!

	"Hello, I have a question about the ammo pouches.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	The CRL says:
</p>

<p>
	The standard configuration calls for a minimum of two pouches if a backpack is worn, and one pouch if not."
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	So is one on the left shoulder enough if I don't have a backpack?
</p>

<p>
	Or does it HAVE to be on the belt?
</p>

<p>
	According to the CRL, no, right?"

	Let me know if you need anything else!

Was planning on cutting it down to a size that would fit in the pouch nice and snug then paint them black. Wasn't even sure if this was allowed for basic approval. Hey guys.
</p>

<p>
	I've been looking for a Spanish pouch and would like to stay under $60 for one. I have found some on Etsy for around $70 from TrooperBay but I also found some from a Military merchant on Etsy but the pouches look just a tad different. The description says they are for bounty hunters but the size and dimensions look so similar and the only differences I can see are the stitching on the front of the pouch. I tried to post images but for some reason I cannot do it because I've reached a limit. So I can only provide a link to the shop. If these are not acceptable if anyone can try to point me in the right direction please let me know.

	I just completed this 3D print that I got off a fellow trooper in the garrison. The print was very thin and very rough so a lot of sanding and re enforcing was required before they were sturdy enough to troop in. Might add a little darker wash in a few spots but I am happy with the final product and should look great on the next troop!  More stuff to hang off an already weighted down trooper.

<p>
	As I was reading another topic made by bigwam I couldn't resist to start looking for the ominous roadblock pouch that still hasn't been identified.
</p>

<p>
	I've checked all the pouches that were used by the axis and the allied forces but no succes..
</p>

<p>
	So that made me think, is it an ammopouch? Could it be a medic tool box or a repair kit but sadly no success on that either. But then I came across this beauty....
</p>

<p>
	<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" href="https://forum.mepd.net/uploads/monthly_2017_05/bingoooooooooooo.jpg.235c83901f64e29d65a756b9c7d57df4.jpg" data-fileid="5470" rel=""><img alt="bingoooooooooooo.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="5470" src="https://forum.mepd.net/uploads/monthly_2017_05/bingoooooooooooo.jpg.235c83901f64e29d65a756b9c7d57df4.jpg"></a>
</p>

<p>
	<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" href="https://forum.mepd.net/uploads/monthly_2017_05/il_570xN_789079272_rdfj.jpg.d51f5b2356b475f0d3e95d3af8b16609.jpg" data-fileid="5471" rel=""><img alt="il_570xN_789079272_rdfj.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="5471" src="https://forum.mepd.net/uploads/monthly_2017_05/il_570xN_789079272_rdfj.jpg.d51f5b2356b475f0d3e95d3af8b16609.jpg"></a>
</p>

<p>
	It's a swiss messenger/ first aid bag/ pouch type of thing...shapewise it's in the same area  I would say but the dimensions are a mystery but my guess is that this isn't it either but I think we're moving into the right direction with determing what was used.
</p>

<p>
	Let's hunt this pouch down troops and end this search.
</p>

<p>
	That we can't find droids isn't our problem,but this must be found now.
</p>

	Bought this raw cast from Doopydoos 5 or 6 years back and finally got around to working on it. Its been sleeping on the shelf way to long.
</p>

<p>
	Planning to add lights and sounds once I get the pint job finished. Here is my progress so far.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	It came fullly assembled/glued together so I cut off the viewfinder end at the seam.
</p>

<p>
	<img alt="plUdmx7.jpg" class="ipsImage" data-ratio="75.00" height="750" width="1000" src="https://i.imgur.com/plUdmx7.jpg" /></p>

<p>
	<img alt="xIAPmgn.jpg" class="ipsImage" data-ratio="75.00" height="750" width="1000" src="https://i.imgur.com/xIAPmgn.jpg" /></p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Black primer coat
</p>

<p>
	<img alt="H8rbhTk.jpg" class="ipsImage" data-ratio="75.00" height="750" width="1000" src="https://i.imgur.com/H8rbhTk.jpg" /></p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Painted another coat with grey and then some metallic dark iron paint for the weathering effect. (Sorry I did't document this step)
</p>

<p>
	The painted it white using the toothpaste method to help the paint chip off. <img alt="x3YoaBO.jpg?1" class="ipsImage" data-ratio="75.00" height="750" width="1000" src="https://i.imgur.com/x3YoaBO.jpg?1" /></p>

<p>
	After removing the toothpaste
</p>

<p>
	<img alt="qNXtbP9.jpg" class="ipsImage" data-ratio="75.00" height="750" width="1000" src="https://i.imgur.com/qNXtbP9.jpg" /><img alt="2GxlFSE.jpg" class="ipsImage" data-ratio="75.00" height="750" width="1000" src="https://i.imgur.com/2GxlFSE.jpg" /><img alt="rlNOMuw.jpg" class="ipsImage" data-ratio="75.00" height="750" width="1000" src="https://i.imgur.com/rlNOMuw.jpg" /></p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I am not particularly happy with my first attempt at weathering with the chip off effect so I might sand it down smoothly and repaint it white again. Once I get the chipping areas better balanced and more natural I will apply the dirt weathering.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Any thoughts? Advice?  Would like to get some feedback so I can make this look better.
