kayelbe
I'm finally getting around to building my Dirty Boy backpack, and looking for the decals (in Aurebesh, preferably) for the radio. The guy who used to sell them here hasn't posted in a bout a year, and the only other place I saw (smuggler's den), I can't order because the webstore won't accept the selection without choosing a language. Thing is, there is no way to do that, as far as I can tell. Any other sources? I'd prefer not to hand letter them.
SCRIBBLER
Our fellow Route 66 Patrol member Robert, aka RETUNHHA here on the boards has them. Shoot him a PM or message him on FB at ROBERT LONGFELLOW.
kayelbe
He's the guy I was referring to that hasn't posted in a while. I haven't PM'd him, I'll try that. Thanks.
kayelbe
Okay, rather than start a new thread, I'll just hijack my own. Now I'm looking for a particular switch. I don't know if it's accurate, but I like a particular one for the radio switches. I used to see them on home stereo equipment back in the day, but finding a good source (one I trust) is kind of hard.
crashmann
It looks like you've posted a picture of a momentary toggle switch, but I think the actual radio had two or three position slide switches. There are literally thousands of the wrong slide switch with the plastic square knob in the land of the 'bay. Here's a pair of the right style on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2pk-DP3T-Slide-Switch-/390956677585?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5b06d579d1 When I run out of the slide switches for the Zenix Victory 75 radio kits, I'm going to include an 1/8" long shank rivet, with the top sanded down flat, and painted black. Hopefully it never comes to that Charlie
kayelbe
Yep, that's the one. I just grabbed the first pic I found that had the black, ribbed end piece. I'm off to order those, thanks Charlie!
