Modify pauldron project.

Heres a few pics of my tkboots pauldrons.

I´m very happy for them, as they are so freaking sweet and accurate looking.

I will modify them, getting them even better.

1). Trim down the leather in a round shape, closer to the metal dot in the rank area.

2). Take off the necks sewed to the pauldron, buy new black leather and metal dots.

3). Take out the black sew line on the white sergeant rank area, and have it sewed whit a white sew line like the screen used.

I done # 1, and all most # 2 as well, and buy the black leather and dots today for the necks.

I just need to cut them out, and metal dot them on like the screen used, and add the closing snaps to the neck curves.

I will copy the captain move a long sandtrooper from top to toe, on my new RS sandtrooper suit comig up.

But i will still troop as private, and sergeant here and there through time.

But the weathering, and back pack are a copy of the move a long trooper

All ready done.

This was a quick and fun project.

I only need to paint the head snaps black.

And have a tailor to sew the two white line in the sergeant area, and i´m all done.

I guess i will not post new pics here in the topic, but in new topics wearing them on my new RS Sandtrooper coming up real soon.

First pic, off whit the neck:

Then i just cut out the new necks in black leather, and metal dot them on, and add the snaps.

As you can see i have add the neck, so you open it from behind over the shoulder, just like in ANH.

It was add on the wrong way, before i add the new neck on my self here.

Look at the leather flap, whit the metal dot in, in the rank area under the arm.

I have cut down the leather flap as well looking more accurate as well.
