SethB6025
For boxes to frame use little plastic loops around the frame, rivet or nut&bolt the plastic to the main boxes. For adhesive attached parts, I've had very good luck with liquid nail "projects clear". BTW, I like the title

So, to reiterate, I should nut and bolt or rivet the items to the main boxes? Specifically the plunger part?
Daetrin
For me it depended on the item. For many items I tried to use screws, and some items were vecroed. And yet others had zip ties. I'll take some photos of the details. Boxes - velcro in place, put some screws in from the back Tube things - screws in from the back Mortar Tube - zip tied Long dangly thing on the bottom right. Screwed the bottle into the cap. Wrapped a coat hanger around the screws and glued them. Ran the coat hanger through the plunger part into the box and wrapped that around another screw. Gorilla glued that. Only after everything was mounted to the outside did I close up the big boxes.
no-skillz
I think rivets are great to use, just go to an Advance Auto Parts and they sell a gun and assorted rivets set for about 8 bucks.I also like hotglue, just sand the parts where they are beeing attached and a mini glugun from walmart for 3 bucks . PNerves
I've tried glue, rivets, and screws, but I re did the whole she'bang with nuts and bolts. I used everything from 1/2 inch to 4 inch bolts.
