I´m a busy dude, as a all most full time dad having a small child alone.

Work 5 days a week, got other hobbys, a fantastic girlfriend, friends and family etc.

So this will not be a super busy bee assemble, i will take my time, and enjoy the ride.

Troop on

Thanks for the posts bro´s.

December is a bit stressfull here, so sadly not much free time to be on the suit.

But i aim to start slowly on it, and more after christmas.

I just got some new scissors, sandpaper, and dremel here for the build of the monster coming up

Looking for proper scissors as well for the trimming of my own helmet. Could you say what kind of scissors, brand, you bought?

I got 4 different size of very sharp kitchen scissors, in stainless steel.

I have been in a few shops, but whit no luck...

looking after a scissor there are round in the steel, for cutting round shapes.

I guess i can only cut straight, and will use my dremel for the round shapes on the helmet and body parts.

I will mostly use a hobby knife, for the helmet eyes and mouth holes

Heavy duty scissors are great for cutting plastic (as long as the plastic isn't too thick). Try a pair of those curved lexan scissors for cutting round edges, they are really good!

Thanks bro, i will see if we have them here in Copenhagen

Sweet. I believe I've seen those around here, but thanks for the link, just in case.

Can't wait to see more progress Rolf! .)

Thanks, me too bro.

Most of my days around here are either work, or taken care of my son.

Plus get ready for christmas, buying presents.

I will have a small week between christmas and happy new year, but have my son all days there as well.

But i hope to make some nice progress there, in about weeks time from now.

My goal is to have it ready to wear and done, in about 2 month from now

for the trimming i always use dremel, it work great, it take a bit more time but finish is perfect, and no plastic crack.

Copy that bro.

I guess dremel are best for thick stiff hips suits, there crack more easy then abs.

For thinner flex abs suits, scissors can be real good and better them a dremel use.

I guess the dremel are only better at some parts, for the finial look.

I have ruff trim all body parts now, and will give most of the parts a dremel work for the perfect edge look before the sandpaper job jumps in.

I hope to make some good progress between christmas and happy new year, where i´m not working.

Only thing there slows me down, are i´m alone whit my son here... but that all good.

New pics up real soon
