So does anyone have any Costume/Armor Goals this year? 2010 was a weird armor year for me.. While I trooped my fair share of events and even added two new sets of armor ...a Phase One and Phase Two Clone armor to my collection (even got them both approved by the 501st.) Sadly work kept me away from my armor over the last 3 months....and now that I have time again . I hope to get the energy and time to once again rock my Sandy. TIE, CT and TC once more... My personal plan in regards on armour is to finally finish my Commander Cody. The helmet has been finished since more than six months and I cannot seem to find the time to finally finish the armour! Short TRooper Posted December 31, 2010 Share Posted December 31, 2010 My goal is to finish the Female Tusken Raider I got earlier last month... finish the Obi Wan costume I have started and finish the Anakin Skywalker I started. I have the boots, one belt finished....got the light sabers....and the tunics nearly done....I do need a darker cloak for the Anakin tho... I don't know if my Sandy will qualify for the 501st as I can't get the right things for my boots...and my feet have been curling up more this year and it may be impossible for me to wear the boots I do have for that costume..... :( Tried some other boots and they caused pain in my feet and were a no go...very disapointed after all that work :( I will keep looking tho! My armor plans never end LOL! but for this year: 1-Finish up my Scouttrooper, its 97% done...working on final assembly 2-Replace my TK i sold early this year...but going ESB this time 3-SnowTrooper 4-Continue to upgrade my ESB Fett...which is a never ending thing LOL! Once i do the Snowie, i will then own all of the imperial ground troops from the OT! TK,TD,TB,& TS! After the ESB TK i PLAN on taking a break from building armor and putting some money into this apt to make it more like a home for me and my fiance....before she kills me! LOL! Next year, I would like to apply my Fett and Vizsla for 501st status. And go Lancer with the Biker. I am also working on a costume which will (hopefully) be the first of its kind in the 501st legion. I added and approved my TD HWT, TD deployed, TX Shadow Trooper. I also added 3 costumes for the wife, TI,IC and ID. Plans for 2011 is to finish of the ROTJ Fett (have all bits in hand) and the TS that is just waiting to be delivered in Feb. I also have an ID to finish off. Up grade my vader with all the extra little bits I mean to put on and have collected but never got round to doing. Finish my Gino V2 into a TK for exhibition (been boxed for too many months). Finish a Lewis gun (I commissioned a carpenter to make most of the main body).
