What amazes me is, and probably you've discussed that here already, is that the belt itself also appears to be made from latex. And what the h..did happen with the inside of the helmet, did someone spraypaint glossy lipstick in it Anyway it really looks amazing and it astounds me that every now and then "original" armors pop up. When I look at my latex handguards they have the same colour and texture, and I've never seeen a belt so flexible without snapping in 2... troopermaster Posted November 9, 2010 Share Posted November 9, 2010 Simon should just leave it alone and not do any kind of restoration. When I met him he told me he wanted to strip all the paint off the exterior of the armour. I said I thought it was a bad idea and to just leave it as it is. Yep... i guess that would be the big question, made by many of us world wide Thanks for the link, great story. Crazy he have paint on it, when he was around 12. And even more, he have got this suit for so long. And first show it now. I have not read all pages, so i´m not sure why he´s family got it. If they was a part of ANH. Or what the story is behind the title. sold stormtrooper armor to auction house for 200.000$, if they have got it all the way, and still have it?
