I think you need to seperate white pauldrons into seams + no seams pauldrons. Number 4, 5, and 7 are white pauldrons that have no seams.

A side note - #1 (look sir droids) you never actually see a weapon on him - in the movie or publicity shots.

Also, What about the dewback rider?

I think it would be good to do a breakdown of the dewback rider, shoulder someone want to replicate that look with the Dewback prod. etc.

Wow, Kudos to whoever put these together. I always wanted to do this breakdown for looksirdroids, but never got past breaking down the packs due to responsibilities at the RPF. I LOVE THIS!

Yeah!

We owe this awesome work to Rolf on the breakdown and scheming work, and Pandatrooper on making this great slides!

:D

Hello everyone! This is awsome and a great help :) Thanks allot. But I am a bit confused, the "Docking bay 94 V1 and V2" As I can observe there are two sergeants entering the bay and firing towards Han Solo, both to the left. The first who enters standing next to the orange pauldron with the Lewis gun, I presume is V1. He appers to have stella wien (hip style) ammo pouch on his left shoulder, with no extra tool pouch attached? And V2 (the one in the background wearing David Felths pauldron) seems to have no ammo pouch attached to his shoulder?

Any thoughts on this would be most appreciated, since I am building what i belive is the V1 :)

Wow... I definitely haven't been here in a long time. These breakdowns are awesome! Good work. I borrowed them and created a thread on our garrison forums for our local troopers to reference as well. I also re-arranged them according to backpack as well, incase someone chose a particular pack configuration to go off of.

It would be yet a ton more work but it would be cool to have screen caps to go along with the breakdown. That's the 12 year old in me saying "y'know what would be cool??" ;) I'm definitely not implying someone should delve into that much eye-crossing insanity... I have trademarked that sort of insane, anal behavior and I had better not catch anyone else doing it ;) hehe.. I kid.

Two small Spanish pouches on the waist.

:)

Hope that helps.

Saludos.

Thank you, but I was thinking about his shoulder pouch, wich seems to be only three slots, with no extra fourth small tool pouch <a href="http://s1309.beta.photobucket.com/user/larskaarud/media/Skjermbilde2013-03-13kl001752_zps68b874c8.png.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1309.photobucket.com/albums/s640/larskaarud/Skjermbilde2013-03-13kl001752_zps68b874c8.png" border="0" alt=" photo Skjermbilde2013-03-13kl001752_zps68b874c8.png"/></a>

Hi there,

I'm currently building a TM Sandtrooper. It should be "Docking Bay 94 V1" because I like these small Spanish pouches in combination with Backpack #3 and the fact that he's only wearing an E-11 blaster ;-) So: Perfect for me ;-)

It's quite a while ago since the last post in this thread. I'm still a little confused about correctly identifying Docking Bay 94 V1 and V2 in the screen reference. Assuming that V1 is the first TD that appears on the scene there seems to be a small difference concerning the pouch on his shoulder. In the reference pic for this TD Sergeant there's a canvas type of ammo pouch with tool pouch. In the reference pic which I hopefully identified as being correct (http://looksirdroids.com/hd_caps/pages/sandtrooper_hd_107.htm) there seems to be a leather type ammo pouch w/o tool pouch. Also he seems to wear a "plain" white pauldron ...

Can please anybody give me clarity about this since I want to build V1 and plan to head for SWAT.

Thanks in advance!

Michael.

A brilliant Idea to post a build thread. Thanks for the information on V1. So I definitely need a "plain" white pauldron and a leather ammo pouch instead of a segmented pauldron and a pouch made of canvas ... The reference is really a little confusing at this point.

So the CRL Sergeant photos still reflect shoulder pouch, which is contradictory to this thread. Want to verify as I begin my Cantina Sergeant next week and I am compiling my parts list.

Backpack_Cutscene.jpgSo I found this shot from a rare deleted scene on looksirdroids.com I think. I was doing a ton of research on the Cantina Sergeant trying to find anything more than above waist screen shots. Ignoring the arrow pointed at the pack, this shot finally shows the Cantina Sergeant's belt and thigh armor! After this find, I would now argue that he has a small spanish pouch on the left side of the belt instead of the larger MP 40 pouch that was assumed to be there.

Interested in your thoughts on this find.

No, unfortunately, they seem to have disappeared since the last forum update and I think Pandatrooper who has made them available isn't regularly visiting the forum anymore.

Hello Sebastian,

Pandatrooper's breakdown library is still available.  If you go to our home page: http://www.mepd.net/ please click on Costume Reference Library (CRL) and then scroll all the way down to the bottom in the SWAT section, you will see the various links for all of the various pauldron sandtroopers.  Here is the direct link to that page: http://www.mepd.net/?page_id=867

Because this is such invaluable information, I will put this in the drop down menu shortly, so that it can be found a little easier.
