JohnQTK5122
Today, up to 80% of children with cancer can be cured. But cancer still remains the leading disease-related cause of death in children. On June 12, John Q., TD-5122, participated in the Trek 100 "Bicycle Ride for Hope" ride to raise money for cancer research. I rode 66 miles (over 100 kilometers - a "metric century"), on the hilly country roads around Waterloo, Wisconsin, in 4 hours and 15 minutes. Proceeds from this great ride support critical pediatric cancer and related blood disorder research. The Trek 100 is the mainstay of the MACC Fund's athletic fundraisers. It is one of the largest fundraising efforts for childhood cancer and related blood disorder research in the United States. Please help me meet my goal of raising $1,000 in donations before July 12! Every donation, no matter how small ($5 is the minimum allowable online donation), will help fight childhood cancer. Please give whatever you can!
