Whats the best/most accurate E-11 out there...

Hi TD´s world wide, i have a question for you.

What E-11 blaster do you like the most, and why.

Lets talk about where to get it, links etc.

Plastic types, metal, good for trooping, too heavy, too light, or too fragile/will it brake while trooping/resin etc.

If its home made, as pvc pipe/resin kit, are they hard to make, and how accurate are they.

If they are good, are there someone on MEPD making them etc.

Lets hear if folks :)

Do people like the SDS E-11:

http://www.sdsprops.com/

Or the doopydoos ones:

http://www.doopydoos.co.uk/

Or the HF ones.

www.sci-fire.com

What about the SRprops E-11 (i think its the name of them, i have lost the link to them, i think they are from spain or something)

Personal i got a full ANH TK/TD HF sci-fire collection, but would like to have one more accurate E-11.

If you got other ideas of where to get a accurate DLT-19, T-21, MG-15 i would like to hear that too.

But as we all know, its mostly only the E-11 there are many different makers off out there.

The only other real good supplier of the DLT-19 i know of is the, which also sell the E-11, and also as a kit for the pvc pipe version:

Here my collection so far:

I love my Sci-Fire E-11! It's very accurate and very easy to troop with because it's so light weight. I don't know of any other blaster I'd like to have more.

Here's mine with modifications including drilling holes, repainting and adding a "lens" to the scope.

(Basically these picks show my gun, rocks.)

wow, Rolf, i love your collection! just awesome!

i see a SWAT team comming through your windows, arresting a suspect weapon dealer...

Thanks bro, it also took me a few years to get them all home.

It was my goal to get all the HF Sandtrooper fire arms, so i´m very happy to final have them all.

So i can do the different sandy versions from ANH.

As far as i know the HF MG-15 is a rare one, i guess only around 10 was made.

But lucky one of them is yours too ;)

Cheers :)

Great modify job on your HF E-11 bro.

I might drill the holes out a bit too.

What about the HF inside the gun, did it not act funny when you drill into it.

Any way, yours looks great! bro, and i looks like you have paint it black too.

I guess the paint will fill out the drill holes nice too.

Top gun boss :)

Unless you use a de-ac sterling, I'd agree that SciFire is a great start. There are two good tutorials on FISD on how to pimp them out even further.

Also, check out http://forum.whitearmor.net/index.php?showtopic=11242

Copy, Blastmaster makes some A+ E-11.

Thanks for your posts bro, i will follow the topic here and on FISD, and might get one more E-11.

I would like to get one, whit holes in the pipe, finction parts etc.

Cheers :)

I agree. A real dream is having Pablo's blaster core in them too. Pricey, but if you enjoy this hobby over the years perhaps not so much.

I once had a real sterling back in around 2002, but sold it.

I sold it, because i did not have the hengstler counter on it.

And because it looks to be the ESB sterling version (looking at the end barrel sight, end of the barrel hole etc, and i´m only into the ANH blaster.

Heres a few back pictures i just took of it (digital pics of old paper shots) :)

Thanks man.

Yeah, when you drill into them it leaves the rubber looking more "gray" than "black." But painting the gun afterwards gives it the right color again. To drill the holes I used the cone shaped sanding bit on my Dremel. You have to watch not to do too many in a row though without letting the bit cool off... it gets HOT fast! B)

I love the real sterlings. Would love to have one someday.

Part of what I like about the HF / sci-fire though is that it looks great and feels 'weird' when kids hold it. Almost "sci-fi" feeling to it. Like if a stormtrooper were really from a galaxy far, far away wouldn't their armor feel "plastic" and their guns be "rubbery?!" Ya know what I mean?

Also, I always tell people the safety is on and that's why it won't fire. B)

The blastercore is AMAZING... but if I were a kid HEARING it wouldn't be enough... I'd want to SEE it blast something! So "safety is on" works for me for now. ;)

P.S. AMAZING link Paul!!!

Copy that.

I also drill out a few holes on my HF MG-34, whit my dremel.

Because i got the first version, there was a pulling line over some of the barrel holes, so i drill the line off.

There second version, was pulled around the holes.

Any way... your E-11 rocks bro, i might drill out and paint mine too.

Cheers :)

  • 2 months later...

I prefer the E11-Blaster my Dad is actually working on because there wasn't any blaster out there which fulfill all my needs.

It's a full-metal (aluminium) blaster, very light compared due the real one or even the Master Replica Version, fully functional (except for the shooting-part ;)) and perfect for "trooping".

Thanks for all the positive feedback ;) I'll pass on to my Dad and he'll happy to hear that.

Acutally I ordering the right tube stripes and getting some hengstler counters for the proper ANH look.

btw. weight is only 1,26 kg (2,78 lbs)

@DirtyBoy yes he'll do a small series around 5 or 10 blaster after I convinced him to make more than one ;)

Cheers,

Joerg / TK-607
