Ola...

at present I work at my sandtrooper. Today i've finished my boots. The approach is, the boots are down...also dirtiest. My question is to the other sandtrooper, is the so far ok?!?!....also of attach the color.

Why the boots first, because it was simpler for me. If it goes inclined, it should not be difficult to make it again.

While it's more weathering than I personally like... I like that. (if that makes sense)

It's very... "realistic"...

Looks like you've been trooping in the muddy streets of Mos Eisley as much as in the sand. B)

It looks cool. A different approach form what I've seen before. Very dirty look makes it look tuff!

Have a question here: How are you planning to do your armor's weathering?

Same two tones?

Or is it just one or the other?

I think that boots should be the dirtier part of the armor since they are the closest to the ground. That should make the armor be more dirty around the ankles and almost no dirt at all on the helmet.

But, what are you planning to do?

Looks good.

Weathering is a personal thing and will give your armor a lot of personality...

What my German brother is trying to say is "It'll become somewhat more subtle", I guess. And that's what I personally think would be better too. It is his own choice of course, and I do agree that it gives your armor it's personality if it's not done like any other sandtrooper. But this is more like mud than sand, whoa!

So yeah, Daniel - you're going the route with movie accurate after all? Has my reference pic changed your mind? :P

take the pics outside in the shade....they will come out much better :) looks great though :)

I should make that...

I discovered however directly, what still better I could make, than I had compared the camera and “live " pictures.

I have the fine dust with the ivory color, with their I simulated, also dabs and smears the free white surfaces. And see there….it pleases me equal over far better.
