godzilla
In an effort to lighten the load on my shoulders I added straps that connect to a work belt that I got at Lowes. The belt is heavy duty and came with 2 loops on either side to attack my new straps. This set up takes almost all of the weight off my shoulders. pandatrooper
Very ingenious idea! That's principle that camping backpacks use. They have padded belts to take most of the weight, the shoulder straps are only there to prevent it from falling backwards.
Plastic Fury
That's a pretty cool idea, I have side plates on my armor so that would not work for me but still pretty neat.
