This is surely a thing of beauty and I can't wait to see it :)

Rolf, Rocko, Fletcher

All we have to do now is set up an 'imitation arms' smuggling syndicate to Europe

and we can get our grubby little hands on this master piece...MMMWAHH-HAHH-HAHH! B)

:D

I got the E-11, MG-34 and Lewis gun to Denmark, by some pirate ways.

So i´m pretty sure, i will get my hands in this one too :ninja: .

Sorry for the lack of posts regarding the WIP...with Holidays it is tuff getting back into the grind :)

We have also been brain storming on how to attach the scopes and retaining the canon look of the MG15...it is proving to be much more difficult then with casting the body and drum...

We are having some scope mounts made by hand to see if that will help in our goal...

Look for some posts once we have the initial prototypes made...

Lewis :)

Are the dark ways Rolf. We will have to do something and you will have to divulge to satisfy our lust for this twin drummed badness.

Copy that.

The sci-fire team, send my e-11 and mg-34 to TD-7722 in Denver.

And then he ship it out to me, in Denmark.

TD-8821 in oregon, reship out my Lewis gun.

Its still okay to get toys/rubber/plastic guns into Denmark.

So thats has been my pirates pass, so far.

Once again.

Thanks Jim, and Rob for you help.

I will never forget it.

For the longest time I've been thinking about the front scope mounting. I can only think of adding a vertical pin from the barrel to hold the front tip of the scope. Yes I know its ugly.

Roger that.

I can´t wait to see the scopes, and the monster all done.

I guess the big one, in the start of the weapon in no problem to add.

But i have also been thinking, of the long slim scope on the barrel.

I guess if we just glue it on, it can come off when it gets transported for shipping/trooping etc.

Would it be bad, if we add a screw in the detail coming up where we add the scope.

Then just screw it on, whit the screw inside the scope (like a real thing).

I think i will glue some plastic glass, in my scopes.

I have done that too, on my HF E-11.

And it looks like glass, from distance.

Cheers :) .

Rolf.

I still think the best way.

Will be to add a screw, going out of the bottom of the scope.

And down to a screw hole, in the barrel.

That way it will look like in the move, no extra stuff add on the weapon to hold it.

Plus you can take the scopes off, when you wanna travel whit it too.

Cheers.

I just wanted to update everyone on the project. We will be pulling the first prototype out of the mold this weekend. The molds for the scopes are done. Pictures to come Sunday.

We've ordered only enough armatures to be cut and welded for this first go round. Sorry... Check with Slavefive if you want to get on this list.

Cheers.

MG15 is now done...we took some pics to show what the finished version would look like...minus weathering and steel braided line which will be added in a few days...

The amount of armatures in this one is brutal!!!!

All thos participating in this initial run will recieve weathered MG15s...

Hope you enjoy the pics
