I can do that. Just pm me your address, and i can ship it out to you. If you need it quicker. I can also email it to you, in high res. Maybe you can print it out, on a A4. And use a photo printer, to zoom it out to a A3 in the right size if i write the measurement left and right. So you where to stop, zoom out. It might work, but a letter whit them in... might work better. Cheers .

Kimelius
Perhaps a downloadable version of the blueprints could be pinned to the archives for those willing to tackle the project themselves? I know its a fairly successful option over at TDH forum. It may help with the overall workload of future production runs & shipping costs too. There is the risk that a commercial enterprise may lift these designs and use them on auction sites etc, but I think we could keep an eye out for something like that... It would be awesome to see if we could supply the masses on a regular basis instead of people having to resort to the inaccurate GT/FX pauldron that is everywhere on the bay. I might have to get a second or third for myself as well!
Rolf
Lets cross our fingers, that this will work out. We are all one man army (doing them in our free time). Maybe we shall, give the ball (pauldron sketches) to the next player. When a player, gets tired. So we can support, all TD´s around the world. It will also be cool, to see the different tailors skills around the globe doing them. Cheers troops .
Scootch
Okay bros (and sis') It's me here in CA huntin' up the goodies. Huge props to Rolph for all his outstanding work on this project and for trusting me to help with the next run. Thanks buddy You guys should know I've known Rolph a little longer than I've been at MEPD. I consider him not only a bro but also a friend (or visa versa). I want to help with the next run of RH Pauldrons. This is what troopers do and it is why I love MEPD. Where we are as of today is I have located materials at a local upholstry supplier. Looks like the price is very reasonable (They beat all the fabric shops by a couple bux per yard), so the only real question regarding materials I have is the color Orange. I found a match for the ebay special orange pauldron. If anyone has input regarding that color I'm all ears. Don't worry, it's only a match in color and not texture. The name is: Biscayne Tiger Lily. I could get a piece and send it to somebody here in the SouthWestern US who has recieved a RH orange pauldron for comparison. Okay so materials located, onto the next issue. Tailors: I know a tailor and have already aproached him with this project. He only needs to look at the blueprints and then we will hash out a price. Same goes for two other outfits I've aproached. That's pretty much where we are for the next few days. Waiting to get the final cost so we know where we're at. I'd like to think we can make it with close to the same budjet as the last two runs. I'm in contact with RH and update him daily. Until we get the Tailor's estimates we are on standby. So if anyone would like to be the orange color verification trooper please sound off. Rolf
Yep that my bro from bakersfield CA. Hope to come over one day, for a good time. I have been in NYC, it was about 6 hours in flight. So CA must be around 8 hours or so . I google the orange colour. And i like it. In ANH the orange colours, goes up and down. From red orange, to light orange. Just pick one bro, yours will be just as good as mine i´m sure. I google the orange colour. Here you can see it. http://images.google.dk/imgres?imgurl=http...l%3Dda%26sa%3DG The fire red orange, in the middle looks pretty close. But i think the light orange, in the bottom looks spot on . Here is, what i pay for each made pauldron: 1.Tailor cost each pauldron 50$. 2. Item cost each pauldron 30$. 3. Shipping cost each pauldron 12$. A total at 92$ each. I took 100$ each. My tailor said, they was blood and sweat to do. So if i want a third run. He will take 68$ next time. Now you have some numbers, to compare whit too. Good luck out there, whit the pauldron hunt search bro. Remember to have fun whit it too. Bro hug from here .

1970s
Hey Rolf, If you do a 3rd run - Don't forget me - Orange pauldron - I don't care what the cost will be. Sorry I missed out on you first runs. Thanks, Jack
Rolf
Hey Rolf, If you do a 3rd run - Don't forget me - Orange pauldron - I don't care what the cost will be. Sorry I missed out on you first runs. Thanks, Jack Thanks bro . I took about 70$ for the first run. 100$ for the second run. The first run, we did our self. But our machine, was not strong enough to make more then we did (Sara/my wife, and i). So i payed a tailor to do, the second run. (i only made, about 10$ on each pauldron. After i have payed, the items for them/tailor and shipping) I have send my blue prints, to my good friend Scott in California. He have also buy, a real 70´ Thorsten Hallman chest projector. The same i used, for my second run. He is in progress to find the cheapest/best tailor, and items for making them. He will control, the run him self whit out me. I think its cool, if we can help each other like this. I mean, we do this in our free time. I did 4 pauldrons, in my first run. And 19 in my second. But have not time for a third run, right after again. So when Scott ask me to take over, too speed it up. I said, **** yeah. Maybe there is a third person, there will do a run after Scott and me. That way, we can keep these accurate pauldrons on going. And see different skill from, different tailors around the world too. Maybe i can return, whit a new run one day too. All the best from here . Rolf.

Short TRooper
Thanks for all your great reply´s. I love you all (in a brotherhood way ). I hate, when people don´t give me a clear answer. So i´m sad, that i can´t say for sure if i can find the time to do a third run. If any out there, don´t wanna wait. I can make a copy of my pauldron, and send the blue print out to you. Maybe your tailor, around the block. Will do it just as cheap, and you also save the shipping cost there. Also if you like to do a run, of them. You got my green light, to do that too. All i wanna do, is to help all troopers out the best i can. just like in the war movies, leave no man behind . Cheers bro´s . Rolf. DEar Rolf, Can you send me a copy of one of your pauldrons in a blue print?? If I can make a decent one I may be able to make a couple? I have a regular sewing machine but it is tough. And i know where I can get the vinyl close to what you have....I'm willing to give it a try.... Pm me and let me know what you think.
