Rolf
Rolf - these are incredible, both from an accuracy/quality standpoint and the speed by which you crank these out. Simply outstanding. eps: PM sent. Thanks buddy . I think we nail it pretty good too. I don´t think, the just paint oveer the 70´s chest projectors in the colours we know for the 3 ranks. I think, they use them as ref at LFL. And sew them together there, and in the right colours. If they should be firm made, they will all have got the same sewing measurement. But they did not. Most of them looks like, the ones i make. Here they are some of them lined up. But look at the sergeant. He last sewing black foam piece to the neck, is thicker them the rest of them. And there are not the two sewing strings, in the white area either. Here the black area seems to go longer down to the pointy end, of the pauldron. Here you can also see, that the sergeant black area also goes longer down... Then it do on the captain. So what to do, i just take the look of the pauldrons i like best. And they are all most the same, just a few mm here and there. But the mm its what counts, in this hobby i guess . Thanks for looking. Cheers . Rolf. Rolf
Small update. Sara and i are using too much time, to make the pauldrons. So i went to a good tailor today, i have used before. And ask him, how much he wanna charge to sew a pauldron together. I will take about 50$, to sew one together. I use about 40$, to make one in items. If i send it out as a letter, whit out assurance on. I can ship it out, world wide for about 10$. So then we are up to 100$. I will like to get, a little out of the work for doing them. Cut all the items out, dot the strap and neck on etc... So i can sell them, for 120$ each in total shipping world wide. (if someone like one cheaper, at e.g 100$ i might can do that too. But then, there will not be the the same quality in side to hold them stiff. And underneath) There are about 10 people, there have pm me for a pauldron. But then, they was a bit cheaper. Because, we sew them up together our self. And now, we have to pay the tailormannn for he job on them. Let me know, here on the post or pm. How many, there maybe like me to make them one. Right now, i only have enough to make a few in orange. But maybe, i can get my hands in some more. I got plenty to make the sergeants, and privates ones. Here you see me, whit the not so accurate standard one on. You can buy on ebay. Here you see my doll, whit my own pauldrons on. Info: I made some blue prints, of the standard one first. One look all my pauldrons pictures, over and over and again again. Before i made a new model for my own, pauldrons to make them as movie accurate as possible. Here is one more shot, of my pauldron. And the 70s hallman, i use as a ref. I have order, one of the real 70´s hallman too as a repo. So i´m 100% sure, of the size and shape of it. I hope to have it in a week, or two. I know, this might should be in the for sale section. This is only a info, and a check out. If every thing works out, i will move it to a new topic there. Thanks for looking. Best regards from here . Rolf.

Daetrin
PM sent bro! I'll agree that you can always find a cheaper one out there, but I think for what you're getting the price is right
TomG
Price isn´t small, but it is corresponding to quality and acurracy of this stuff. Daetrin, may be you can make some sicker for it (MPED certified) )
Darth_Nickel
Rolf, These look great. I am interested, but I need to figure out what I'm doing with Seth first. I need a Pauldron, in fact it's the only thing missing from my TD (except... well... completed assembly of the armor... just minor details Brad
