Td-252 Pauldrons.

Recommended Posts

Thanks bro :) .

And we also donĀ“t know for sure, if they follow the size and shape 100% either back then in the LFL art department.

One think is for sure, the chance the sewing line areas in the blue area.

That's 4 sure, you can clearly see that, but for the rest I don't really see major differences.

Yours is spot on IMHO ^_^

thanks bro :) .

I have all ready made a new sketch, for them.

I used the same size and shape, as the Thorsten Hallman 70Ā“s chest projector.

I only made the mid sewing area, there was too wide a bit more slim.

So it match the 5 others, and match the ANH ones too.

Here you go ;) .

I also manage, to cut all most every thing out for about 15 pauldrons.

Here a small peek :) .

P.S. How is your wife feeling? Is she doing ok?

Haha ha maybe i was one, in my last life  .

Thanks on the comment, on the pauldrons.

I canĀ“t wait to see the tailor, assemble them.

I will give him every details, a few times.

And some paper info, plus ANH pictures of them on troops.

I will put one of them together, whit a few needles.

So he canĀ“t forget, what is going where.

He will also borrow the 70Ā“chest projector, and my all ready made sergeant.

So i hope he gets it right, all the way.

I will sure, do my part to it.

Sara is a bit sick in her stomach area, and got some nasty nausea.

Hope is turn better soon.

The good thing, is that we have some free time off together.

So i can look after her, and make the pauldron run too.

Thanks for asking :) .

Cheers.

Thanks for both your comments :) .

Yeah my life around these days, are shop food in.

Make food, clean up, make pauldrons etc...

A busy man :D .

I really donĀ“t hope, she will be in so much pain for the next 8 month.

PPPlleease donĀ“t let it be.

But iĀ“m finish now whit the 15 pauldrons.

When i have payed the tailor, iĀ“m in a minus 100$.

Then i have to ship them all out, so even more minus.

But i still have two more to sell.

So in the end, it all works out good i think.

And i have fun making them, for us.

These will be the last pictures, showed before the go to the tailor tomorrow.

I might check up on him, and take a picture of the first made.

Before i get them all home again.

Here you go :) :

First shot.

The under parts.

Then the stiff white layer.

Then the foam shoulder, and thicker front/back foam.

Posted Image

Then the 3 colours of ranks.

The black Front, and back will go longer down.

It just lie behind the shoulder part.

Once again.

Here is the model.

And here is the real thing.

I canĀ“t wait to see them all done.

And all my buddyĀ“s, troop in them.

Hopefully the morning sickness will be temporary. My wife never had any on either child, she just slept 14 hours a day. Usually it goes away by the end of the first trimester as her body adapts to this new life inside her.

Not sure if there is a translation in print, but we found the book "What to Expect when You're Expecting" the best resource.

New update.

I was buy the tailor Keeko today, whit all 15 pauldrons.

Payed him 800$.

Then comes the shipping cost at around 230$, plus all the items for making them at around 220$.

If iĀ“m lucky i will end up whit a zero, and earn one or two for my self for free.

So there will not be a third run.

Too much work in making them.

But i think they will be the most accurate, out there.

And it makes me happy to think about, i help a few trooper broĀ“s out too.

Mr Keeko said, that all pauldrons will be done in about 10 days from now.

WWWwwuuhhuu canĀ“t wait, to see them all done :) .

WOW... so quick. Thank you sir. I can't wait to see more.

For the morning sickness, the first 3 months are the toughest (at least for my wife who had a pretty bad time with it). I wouldn't be too worried about 9 months ;)

Yeah, he said he have to do some orders before my pauldrons.

He like to do them, whit heĀ“s partner in one day roll.

And he think, there will be room for the run of them whit 10 days.

I talk whit him for about 1 hour.

Show them a lot of pictures, and show them all the layers of the payldrons.

And we talk about what is going where, and in what way.

I have a very good feeling about this project.

There skill looks very good, i saw some other stuff they have done in leather etc.

CCccanĀ“t wait either to see them :) .

Nice to hear about your times, whit your ladyĀ“s and how it went.

As you know, this is our first one.

So we are all green, but we have it under control .

Cheers :D .

I'm really excited to pick up a white one. Thank you VERY much for doing these.

Me too, i was buy the tailor today again.

I have cut out, the black out line.

He want 80$ extra, to sew them on.

So i pay him for that too.

If you look at this shot, you can see the out line on them too.

(its the two pieces there is metal dot on the pauldron front/back, whit the open/close dots in).

Here you see them.

He say he think he will start on making them, in about 8 days from now.

They are two persons, to sew them together.

And they have in mind to, sew them on one day.

And only do them, that day.

I canĀ“t wait to pick them up asap :) .
