I'd go with black. Even though you can't really tell what shade of black from the screencaps, its obviously not woodgrain. It all depends on whether you're going for accuracy or what your aesthetic preference is. I personally liked the woodgrain look better myself but in the end went for black and have been happy with it since. Hope that helps.

A small up date.

I have paint the wood over whit black, but i did not like the look of it.

So i paint it dark wood my self again.

I have also paint the lock silver/gold.

Add the gun strap.

The groove tube its on it way too.

I liked what you did when you painted the stock black. Once you add the sandy powder-based weathering, it makes it seem more screen accurate.

The strap looks very nice. Where did you get groove tube? I need some.

Nice to hear from one of the good guys, whit great T-21 knowledge .

I get it from Murphoid, a mepd member.

He´s from the US, and he have get it for me in he´s local k marked.

He has ship it out, but our danish post office have lost the post from that day.

I just hope they find it asap.

The danish post office, is like in the stone ages

Sweet. I like how there's still just the slightest hint of the wood coloring left in the pistol grip.

You can see the wood a bit through, when i painted the first time.

But i waited a day, and paint it again (like you see it on the picture).

I painted it semi matt black.

The glossy black, and matt black looked wrong.

But the semi did the trick i think.

I´m very happy, for the looks of it
