Duden15
Time to start the Backpack. Since this is the only hurdle left before I can apply for PO. Parts-List: Karriom Frame 2x Plunger Caps 4 Seedtarys RWA Brexton Box Canteen Tube that fits the dimension of the Mortartube Tube for the left side of the Pack (DIY Hardwarestore) 2 Wetwip bottels Old Crashman Exaustport Syphon Kit RWA Radio Kit God of Libra Mortatube control panel RWA I have started to bend the Karimonframe to the right angel and I'm pretty happy how it turned out. Today I finished the exaustport. The bottle seams a bit to long, might need to shorten it. One question that I still found no answer is, if i need to remove the writing and the pattern of the canteen. I can't seam to find pics in which you can clearly see it. And a nother question regarding the shotgunshells, is the back (part that faces the motartube) closed? I know the wire is to long.
Hausi
Difficult to say about the canteen, you are right, there aren't any pictures showing such level of detail. I would recommend sanding it down slightly. Guess they didn't really take the time to sand it down properly when preparing the props for filming.
m4vrick
I won't worry so much about the canteen's numbering, no reference for that, just sand it down. Don't forget to trim the length of the top part of the karrimor frame. Also the 5 ribs seedtrays need to open up a little. Well done on the bend btw!
bigwam
I do not think it was sanded. One can also recognize the "Tupperware" lettering on the "Stow n go" on Pack #4 & #5.
Duden15
Thanks for the answers, I guess I'll leave the canteen as it is for now, sice it is alredy painted. Thank you for metioning the hight m4verik. I have cut them to length, it is just an old picture. They were just mounted with some tape to better show the angel, as soon as they'll get atached right I'll fix that. The bend was suggested by Hausi. Found a picture of the transistors, looks like they are closed...
RoCKo
Nice build, keep us posted! Those transistors were definitely close, I’ll try to dig through my pictures to find a proof...

henselmonster
Looking great! By the way, what was your method of bending the frame? I'm about to bend mine and just want to see what people have done.
Duden15
Thanks. I clamped it in a vice and gently push it in the direction I wanted it to go. I repeted the process until i was happy.

Duden15
Thank you Hausi, today I tried to replicate the red things (don't know the name) on the backside of the pack. My karimon frame came with one of them in brown. I just sew on some red fabric. The other one I hade to sew completly. Thanks to m4vriks wip I found out about the bottles beeing 14,00-14,50 cm long. Airborne Trooper
Coming along nicely. I still need to upgrade my pack. I’m most nervous about bending my karrimore frame
Duden15
Thanks , finally it's getting somewere. Today I cut the frame to lengh and tried out the placement of the parts together. Not cut yet. Cut version. The parts that I still nedd to attach, are the mortar tube, the transistors and the Canteen. Do I need to put another shorter and smaller tube on the left side of the pack or is that optional? There are some pictures with it and some without. I'm a bit confused. For example:
Duden15
Since the weather was so good today I painted the transistors today and also attached the mortar tube. I didn't like the vacformed tuperware lide that I have, so I ordered a vintage one. Hope it was the right model.
Airborne Trooper
Based on what the SWAT guys have needed, I would say yes to the lab pipe.
Duden15
So do you mean I should put it on the backpack?
Duden15
I would like to be further but today nothing went according to plan... The upper seadtray's are connected. I tried to produce the paint error (I guess) on the brexton box, not finished yet. I need to get the edges a bit smother...
henselmonster
Looks really great! Yea I’m struggling with that paint error as well. So hard to replicate mistakes lol
Duden15
Thanks you, it's really annoing. But I'm almost finfihed now. I'm still missing the radardish, it is on its way. Might chance the big tape, it isn't wrinkeling enough. The rest is finished or am I missing something? Edit: Add the lad pipe, if it is required.
Airborne Trooper
What did you use for the mount on the cartridges that mount on the black seed box?
