It states “if your armor and gear have been made to meet all the CRL requirements”. I do not have a pack yet (but will in the future). Since a pack is not required in the CRL, is it required for PO? I couldn’t find anywhere stating the pack was required and wanted to verify before submitting for PO. Thanks in advance.
