Hey folks, I figured I’d bring this thread over to the MEPD forums in addition to my garrison forum to get some additional feedback and questions answered. I’ve been working on this build for a few months and just have to finish up the MP40 pouch and I’ll be ready for basic approval. This is my fourth build (I have a snowie, scout and Kylo).

BBB day. This is an MTK set and so far I’m pretty impressed with the quality.

Did the helmet first to get all the frustration out of the way.

Mannequins are awesome. That is all.

Test fit. Had to adjust some strapping and add a few snaps here and there.

Going initially for the Roadblock Captain V2, so I patterned out a large Spanish pouch.

Waiting on a box of button studs and I can finish this guy.

And just for giggles, made a pack frame yesterday.

Let me know what you think or if you see any glaring issues. More to follow.

Someone in my garrison made a similar comment about the bucket. They asked if I had taken enough trim off the brow because it looked like it was riding too high. My response was that I was afraid I had taken too much off the brow and was worried about the black trim going too far up the forehead.

The issue is that I can’t drop the dome down any further because it’s one piece with the back.

Here are a few more pics with the reference I was using.
