The only possible issues I see are... well, you already know ;)

And they will definitely ask you for some detail pics of your pack and the inside of your armour to see the strapping.

Ok Felix, I think I made every requested change....shortened the Detonator-Greeblie and the Bee-Stinger, got rid of the Blaster-cable, painted the stitching on my pouch black and filled the same pouch with wooden blocks :)
