I loved the idea of looking a bit more seasoned and weathering looked like an enjoyable thing to do, also I was excited to never have to polish my armor ever again, haha. So the conversion process began to join the dirty side. henselmonster
Looking great man! Staying on the dirty side is where its at. They may ask you for a photo of the back of your armor without the pack. Otherwise this should be a pretty easy pass.
TeaJay
This photo was taken prior to main photos submitted above when I was performing a test fit. You can see a suit-up issue with my pauldron being tucked a bit funny, which was fixed in the above photos. If you feel that this photo is not pass-worthy, I can re-suit-up and submit another one. Let me know if this one works:

Airborne Trooper
Tighten the belt up a little more and that gap will disappear Looks good, should be easy to approve. Only thing that kind of jumped out on me and I don't think will matter for PO is the stinger is a bit long. Maybe insert a wooden dowel in so it stays straight too. TD42115
Look good trooper . One thing i noticed, they may ask you to put the wire around the fins on the DLT barrel to simulate the wire holding them on(If you plan on going for SWAT).. See reference pics below, other than that and the mentioned above your doing great.. Granted the bottom wires (pic2) under the by-pod are hard to do. dont believe they are required (I didn't do them either)..

Yep, I've closed the gap on both sides. What should the length of the stinger be? I have no problem trimming it. 1 hour ago, TD42115 said: Look good trooper . Granted the bottom wires (pic2) under the by-pod are hard to do. dont believe they are required (I didn't do them either).. Hyperfirm blasters wouldn't be able to get the wiring inside the vented holes due to how it's molded. It has divots, but essentially is one solid piece of hard rubber. I've seen some other POs that are being approved without the wires. This is one of the first things I looked into, a very good point, but it isn't mentioned in the PO CRL reqs for the DLT-19. Hopefully this won't hold anything up. I do not plan on going for SWAT with this build, simply PO. Thanks everyone for the feedback. Let me know about the length of the stinger if you could... thanks!

Airborne Trooper
He's opting to wear the Scout because he wants to be able to move around! But seriously, the bash theme is the Cantina so I would bring the sandy if I were him.

I'm hoping to order some of the patches with the "MEPD Deployed" and stripes before Celebration. Just waiting on that stamp of approval before I can order. TD42115
Almost there.. Should be deployed for celebration.. I kinda figured the wires were needed for DLT, they asked the last trooper to add them too for PO.. I think an update is needed to the CRL to reflect this..
