*DONE* TD-70281 Requesting Deployment

Recommended Posts

I think this should be an easy approval. The only thing that really sticks out to me is the belt placement. Have someone help you strap it on you and ensure the belt is covering the seem between the kidney and butt plate. You're currently wearing it too high in the back.

One other, which is more of a pet peeve of mine is the kidney shim. You have your shim piece glued on the inside. Ideally, have an inner piece and another piece of plastic mounted flush with the edge of the kidney on top of that. The inner piece acts as a support. Then fill in the seem with epoxy sculpt or ABS paste. Like I said, it's more of a pet peeve than something that has been put in the CRL. It just gives it a cleaner appearance IMO. You are are on the right track and I agree with other recommendations as stated above.

You're correct.  The belt was too high in the back. It could have been avoided.   I strapped it on myself.  Very easy fix.  And thanks for the info On the kidney shim.  I'm always open to any opinions/ concerns/ ideas.  Thanks again!

Congrats Andrew!

You have successfully followed the guidelines in regards to the MEPD CRL and have met the requirements.

Please send the pic you want to use to Luis (Sandman Tigui) and we'll get you squared away.

We will have your updated information uploaded into the MEPD system very soon.

Congratulations on becoming a Deployed Officer of the MEPD! Now please report to the Mos Eisley Mess hall where you'll serve the troopers until the next newbie gets cleared
