Thanks Felice. I think I know what you're saying. I could try to break off that ring and make a "thinner" one to put on there. I'm afraid sanding down would make it it really difficult to keep it round. Sound like what you're thinking?

Roger, as for the chest armor, I have heard this before about being small. WTF chest armor is. For some reason.

i have two of my members who have the same issue. If you need to get the chest piece, just an FYI. Troopermaster will help you out. I have replaced a lot of my parts over the years with TM parts. He's great to work with and very accurate.

Thanks for the info. Felice says I'm good so I'm sticking with it for now. I like the way it it wears. I have pretty good mobility so I'd like to leave it if possible. Good info though

Made the changes on the T21 over the weekend.
1. Shortened sling
2. Moved black wire where it's more visible.
3. Thinned out ring on barrel to match reference.

Just waiting on my new pouch and then I'll make the last of the revisions.

Ok this should be the rest of my changes. I've added the second small Spanish pouch, moved the original Spanish pouch per instruction, and adjusted the knee belt down a bit. Hopefully this gets me to the finish line! @Felice let me know if there's anything more to do. I'd love to try to get this wrapped up in time to get the SWAT label put on my name badge from Henselmonster if it's doable. Thanks brother!

Hi Roger,

thank you for your patience!

Yesterday we had a great and productive discussion in the Command Staff about your armor and your weathering.

The good news is: all marks are on spot. Some spots are a little bit too dark, like the mark on the right hand guard. So it would be great if you can make this one a little bit lighter (but keep the mark)

The other (not the bad!) news: your armor is a little bit too white that means a smooth base washing is missing.

Strider, our XO, posted a good example picture which shows the differences (this is just a bucket picture; you will need the washing all over your armor)

So please put some washing-dirt on your armor:-) How? Use a water based acrylic brown/light brown and mix it with water proportional 3:1 (Color:water) and spot (generous) the mixture with the dry-brush method over your armor.

That's all!

Thank you very much and I am happy to see you soon in the left corner of our Cantina :-)

Cheers

Felix

Ok I lightened the spot on the hand guard and did an overall wash on the armor. Not sure if you can see in the overall shots with the lighting so I did a couple closer shots. On the one of the shin you can see the wash on the left side and no wash on the right. I also took some of the armor laying on a white towel to show the off white (sandy) tone it has. So here goes
