Good afternoon,

I am requesting deployment with the MEPD here in Phoenix, Arizona (a.k.a. Tatooine). Please see the attached photos for consideration. As a current Homicide Detective, this will be a pretty cool membership and prestigious organization to be a part of if I am approved. As such, I'm looking forward to joining your ranks - I'm ready for the critiquing to begin...

Respectfully,
Todd Ruggeri

Looks very nice.

The only thing that I had a hard time seeing was your 6 rivets on the left and the single male rivet on the right.  Also, you'll want to include a shot of your butt/cod and the snaps there.

Good luck!

Dude, totally digging the weathering! Looks awesome!!

Couple of things I see:

1. Your gonna need to paint the rivets white as was mentioned before, and I am gonna assume you need to paint the rives on the ammo belt on the thigh to, easy fix :)

2. Your pack looks awesome! But your thermal det. plate is too long. You will likely need to shorten it. Depending on how it is attached, should also be a easy fix. Also, I think the tube should be attached to look more perpendicular to your person. But that could be subjective :)

3. Your belt seems a bit low to. You may need to move your snaps, but it will look much better :) if it sat higher in the front  right at the bottom of the center ab square you'd be golden :)

Only small stuff I see. Your kit looks great man! Good luck!!!!!

Your have to shorten your thermal detonator plate a little bit and probably your bee stinger too.

Your Radar dish is a Little bit to high. Just try to fix the dish in a lower position like on the reference below (sorry...I can't insert a picture)

I have been on vacation and was glad to see this had been reviewed in my absence.

Felix,

I have made the following changes to my MEPD Duty Armor;

1.   Provide close-up tube stripe photos.
2.   Provide elastic shoulder strap photos.
3.   Side and Cod rivets were painted white.
4.   Raise height of ammo belt.
5.   Shorten thermal detonator plate.
6.   Shorten stinger length.
7.   Lower radar dish.
8.   Adjust angle of radar tube (at Baron's suggestion)

Congrats Todd!

You have successfully followed the guidelines in regards to the MEPD CRL and have met the requirements.

Please send the pic you want to use to Luis (Sandman Tigui) and we'll get you squared away.

We will have your updated information uploaded into the MEPD system very soon.

Congratulations on becoming a Deployed Officer of the MEPD! Now please report to the Mos Eisley Mess hall where you'll serve the troopers until the next newbie gets cleared

Felice,

Oh wow - This is awesome!! Thank you for the review, approval, and for allowing me to join this elite group of troopers!!!

.... and trust me, I wasn't going to leave those rivets un-weathered :)
I was just anxious to get you the photos that you wanted on the requested changes.

I will definitely get Luis my profile pic.

Thank you fellow troopers!!

BTW - I sent Luis a pic for the member list; any idea what his normal turn around time is? I was waiting for it to post to the MEPD member area to send some friends a screen grab and share the good news!
