Rather not.I'm not SWAT - nor do I think I know what would be acceptable - but I'd just say no. I do a lot of sewing, and the stitching on the left where the black joins the orange looks wonky. And that last panel before the join to the orange, is puckered, most of the black panels look puckered, as if the interior foam was not "welded" to one side of the fabric before stitching. If you try to straighten that out smooth - it would probably rip the stitching.
