@ Uwe - Happy Belated New Year, Brother! Thank you for your interest in joining the Elite and submitting your request for SWAT OFFICER Activation.

Now to finally get down 'n' dirty with your application!

During this process, details will need to be even more fine tuned in comparison to past SWAT members. The bar is always being set higher.

Your enthusiasm towards becoming a SWAT Officer is noted. Command Staff needs to point out here in the preliminary stages that although your armor may have passed Standard Officer status, your armor and gear will need a lot of re-works and heavy mods to clear SWAT.

You may want to compare notes and ask for guidance from these previous SWAT Applicants who have attempted this particular Screen TD (MOVE ALONG TROOPER) and were cleared & activated. Their advice will definitely help you reach your goal properly.

First review comments will be posted within the next few days. Please be patient during this process. No worries, You will be a SWAT Officer in no time!

Just wanna say I LOVE your weathering!! It's "more" and yet not "too much!" Looks dead on!

I also love your strapping... pretty much how I do it. I like the extra reinforcement in the crotch area as well... good idea.

Great job and good luck!

*that's a killer E-11 too!*

@ Uwe...

Thank you for your interest in joining the Elite and submitting your request for SWAT OFFICER Activation.

During this process, there may be some mods that will need to be taken care of. Details that need to be even more fine tuned in comparison to past SWAT members. The bar is always being set higher.

As stated before, we always stress PATIENCE during this process as we pay more and more attention to fine tuning with each new SWAT applicant. The MEPD Senior Commanders and myself will give your armor / gear a full inspection and review. Some details may definitely be missed and re-checked, but we will try to catch them on every pass given until you are cleared and ready to join the Special Weapons & Tactics Team, Brother! :td::thumbsup:

With that said, let's begin...

A.) DEPLOYMENT OFFICER:

First off, this is a an excellent helmet build. Nice work!

You are very close to getting cleared with this bucket, but there are a few mods to take care of.

If you want to get this section as screen accurate as possible (which is what SWAT is all about), please see below:

1.) No mesh screen behind teeth. You'll need to remove that.

2.) Brow - Try to re-adjust and raise the brow a little bit moreto match the ref pics. It appears to be sitting a little lower than canon. A quick mod for sure.

3.) We still need to see the obligatory 'Bucket Off' shot.

A.) DEPLOYMENT OFFICER:

Your weathering details are awesome, James! Nice work! Now we can focus our attention on the following...

1.) 2.) Stuff your side pouches to give it a more hard edge / 'filled out' appearance. Also, your shoulder pouch

3.) Shoulder Pouch positioning needs to be re-adjusted

4.) 'Black out' the white stitching on the Shoulder Pouch as well (see ref pics)

5.) The top part of your boot needs to be weathered a bit more. Its appearance in the pic is giving off a blueish tint.
