First fitting test ....it works:-) statues in the sun Next time i will show you the fixing of the radio plates and some specials;-) Cheers, Felix

Felice
Update time my friends! We have a breakage in the radio. That's not critical for the radios out of the first run!! But for the second wave i plan to make the radioplate removable for radios, beer or other toys:) So, i have to reinforce this part...here are the pics Now the first coat And the third:) forgot to make a pic of the second....ups And now the magnet installation And the stress test:))))))) Don' forget the wire around the radio.... Ok, next steps are the clear coating and the final assembling Cheers, Felice

Felice
Thanks Vince! So, now some pics of the progress... Doing the covers and drilling some holes After the second stresstest with the plate and i noticed that 3 of 4 plates had a loose fit to the body. That's not good for trooping:-( So i had to modify the magnet mount system.... Cheers, Felix

clonecollector
Foam insulation? Maybe to keep a beer cold for when a troop is finished! I really like the look of your radio! The leather cover is a very cool touch!
Felice
The foam function is to direct the sound out of the speaker...at least the main sound and for sure...for the closing time beer
