Rough fit of the cartridge plate to the breach of the weapon
100_5610.jpg
Parts of the T-21 cartridge plate, Stock & Breach 90mm PVC pipe for the thick/mid section of the barrel & PVC 65mm for the end section of the barrel.

this with the previous items as mention prvious but also with 90 mm ag Pipe which forms the ribbing over the mid section of the barrel
A dry fit to give you an idea how it will look in length

another aspect of the dry fit.

These are the outer ring that are seen on the main barrel & the smaller ring is for the barrel end. The blue painters tape is how I manage to keep the sizing right & equal

These ring are made as the spacers between the main & end barrels. They are cut from PVC coupling pipe connectors. They are placed over each other unit they will fill the gap difference between both barrels.

To lighten the forward weight of the blaster I've shorten the pipe and have marked out the parts you won't see and will cut out slits to even lighten it more. You can see one of the internal spacer rings in this pic.
