PlayfulWolfCub
That could be. Green stuff all the way A big question to the bapty round... Like I said, I build the tunisian blaster like seen in the movie....well, I noticed that the cocking lever isn't mounted at the main body. Look at this pic--->> http://i1125.photobucket.com/albums/l581/PlayfulWolfCub/E11%20photos/Tuninisan%20E11/TunisianE11top_zpsdaa16912.jpg http://i1125.photobucket.com/albums/l581/PlayfulWolfCub/E11%20photos/Tuninisan%20E11/HanTunisian2_zps712de092.jpg Is the cocking lever broken off...before the pics were made?!?!?! Hi Dan, I'm posting the same info here that I posted in your new thread, for neatness That E11 does have a cocking handle of sorts - it looks to me like a short slotted screw. Here's a shot zoomed in. If you look at this photo of what I believe is also a genuine Tunisian E11 you can see a hole has been drilled for a mock "cocking lever" to fit into. Here are 2 others. The T-track, rail & scope aren't the originals but I believe the "cocking levers" are. The top one looks like a random bit of hardware pushed in the hole & the bottom one looks like a sort section of rod or tube with a screw screwed in, like the Harrison Ford promo photo E11 but a bit longer. Hope that helps with your question. Cheers, Andy

Felice
Welcome to the official Tunesian bapty club!:-) This blaster looks so real and the details are 1:1 copies to the reference...you set a new standard!
PlayfulWolfCub
Lovely work Dan, right down to the screen-accurate casting seams & shape of the resin sprue If you want even more crazy detail while you wait for Cylinders, you could add the resistor to the front of the Hengstler. Here's a close-up of my replica to see what I mean. Check it against the various photos of the original - it's tiny & blurry, but it's there: Cheers, Andy
DarthChridan
Guys...your words make me really proud @Andy: Of course...my pursuit for absolute accuracy is infinite ...and you're right, I don't have seen this little thing before. Have you a reference pic of this part/position? So...I need such a little resistor for my hengstler @Felix: We should really create a 'Bapty-Club'

Have you a reference pic of this part/position? Just the publicity photos of the E11 you've recreated. I've posted them all on MEPD & FISD but here's the folder: http://s1125.photobucket.com/user/PlayfulWolfCub/library/E11%20photos/Tuninisan%20E11 @Felix: We should really create a 'Bapty-Club' It might help you get more people interested in Shape D resin Cylinders to encourage me to do a run of them! lol Cheers, Andy
