Sandman Tigui
Try using a sports Lycra shirt and pants. Underarmor, Adidas and Nike have some. Look for "Clima Cool" technology in it. The more you sweat the more the fabric lets your body cool down and breath. They come in to versions for heated climate cooling you down and for cold climates heating you up. Just check no logos are visible once you gear up. Hope this helps bro and keep the good work up
Blacktip Shark
You're coming along nicely with this! Beautiful armor. I can't wait to see it all done and fitted for you!
rhapsodyred99
I use Eastbay Compression stuff under my suits. I have the lightweight summer version, and the thicker winter version. I chose east bay because they are less than half the price of underarmor.
SCRIBBLER
@ Frank - I'm with you on that, Brother! I use the Eastbay gear for troops and my cross training! @ Pac - Slowly but surely, you'll be a full fledged Officer yet!

Bacta Baby
Making progress.. pics later today. Also more trimming :C lol oh yeah and padding in certain areas. I have a question though is it ok if I have the kidney plate and the ab plate overlap just a little? I can't trim anymore on the kidney and buttplate without reshaping it. Will this big no for police deployment?
