SAND DEVIL
Why would I do that to such awesome pouches? There is a method to my madness... And why did I do it? Because I was tired of people not hearing me and seeing TKs with this non-cannon black box on their belts for their Aker Amp and iCom System. Here is my solution: Sounds AWESOME! And hidden well. So I have to give a shout out to Brad Bucholtz for producing these great pouches. The way he constructed them and how stiff they are made it easy to do. Thank you brother! Just one troopers solution. Hope it helps someone.
Vf2112
Very nice I like it hmmmm might have to do something like that ingenious
SNOWMAN
Yeah if you have your amp on your belt this is a great solution! I hate wires so all my stuff is tossed in my chest piece lol.
nick.black
Great idea Ben. I put my Aker inside my medium Spanish pouch on my belt and it achieves the same thing. You've come up with a novel way of keeping your costume accurate whilst allowing for functionality. Well done. Nick

rhapsodyred99
Nice. I have my aker/icom in my chest and only turned up halfway and its plenty loud. But this is a great idea for placement.
SAND DEVIL
Thanks guys. I had mine in my chest as well, but could not get it loud enough without feedback. Just one idea. Thanks.
rhapsodyred99
Heh i had the "ingeneous" idea of putting it in my lid at first. Just about deafened me.
SCRIBBLER
You are "very, very sneaky". lol Nice to see how TDs get creative with their gear! Nice work, Ben!
SAND DEVIL
@ Frank, lol, I tried that once, yep bad idea. @ Mike, thanks boss. I think I stole the idea from you if I remember correctly.
MonCal
Nice work! That should work out great. I too, as well as several guys in my garrison, have put the aker amp in our chest plate, facing out. They seem to work great in that location but I like your idea as well! SAND DEVIL
Thanks Cal, welcome to the team as well. The chest worked OK for me, but just couldn't get the volume up enough, without feedback. Just another way to mount it.
