Hi guys,

I wanted a stand for my E-11 at home using few sheets of foamy PVC and ABS.

I chosed to copy the DDs stand, which is cheaper and easier to assembling but the delivery times are incredibly long and also this is much funnier.

The foamy PVC is extremely easy to work with.

I don't think more than three hours. Without counting the cure timing for the paints.

I am drawing the project with Adobe Illustrator, so you'll be able to make it with the exact measures. :)

Here an updated

As I said I did some tweaks to the original plan to make it sandy.

First of all I applied few layers of those multi purpose filler for wall.

Waited the complete cure for each one and once again another layer until I reached a reasonable thickness.

once completely cured I painted the stand with PVA glue and scattered with modelling sand bought in a Toy store

I kept the imperial cog masked and once finished with the sand I painted it in silver with some shading of rust
