Help Wanted: DEPLOYMENT OFFICER

Hey troopers....we are going through constant growth here on the MEPD and want open some new chapters in the way of deployments. Heres my thought....

Looking for a Deployment Officer who would provide the same level of expertise that Juan has brought to the table for the last year or so.

This person would have to be an expert in the deployment standards and ready to respond to new requests for police officer status within a 24hr period (under normal circumstances).

They would recommend any alterations required for the police officer badge and eventually grant deployment.

There would be apprentice type period and progress overseen by juan and I.

Please submit name and qualifications to Dirtyboysquad@yahoo.com for review :)

Second part of this is I was thinking about developing a panel of experts for SWAT requests. This would be completely different from the Police Officer evaluations and may or may not include the DO on the panel.

The thought is to have 5 members including Myself, Juan and 3 armorers. Each with a focus on specific areas of the build. For example:

Trooper A: Armor Construction

Trooper B: Weathering

Trooper C: Field Pack

Trooper D: Pouches, boots, belts, shoulder straps

Trooper E: Weaponry

Thoughts?

Hey brothers...

Take in consideration you dont need to be SWAT for this.

Just to have the knowledge to evaluate armor.

Also, I would add to have a good knowledge in building armor or props, since many times troopers will not always need a suggestion to what to modify but also how to do it. Even just to know where to find the right posts and tutorials is a lot of help.

Looking forward to this new episode on the MEPD and to start working in this new style!!!

Saludos.

  • 2 weeks later...

I think that would make things go a lot more fluid like and easier to obtain status believe me I would love to help in some way like that but I don't feel ready to take that responsibility may be once i been a member for a year or 2 I'll be experienced enough to take on a role as such
