Art Andrews
I agree. I think Blastech T-Track would be fine. I would not recomend using resin for the T-Track as it would likely chip over time while the rubber track is readily available and very durable. I will try to get some dimensions later tonight. SethB6025
I didn't notice the "by the foot" option for the grip before. That looks like a good solution. Until I go to the trouble of making a master & molding & casting, I'll have burned way more time than it's worth.
avatar_man
Guys, Buy some "Ice-Breaker" type of windshield wipers from any store for around 1-3 bucks... Take an X-acto knife and cut the "blade" portion of the wiper balde off - remove the clip from the end and slide out the rubber T-track. Flip it over, and cut the remaining wiper blade plaistic chassis as a base, glue ot to your weapon of choice and then glue the rubber on top.... works like a charm and is less expensive.. SethB6025
I had done something similar on my old E11. It didn't look bad, but it seemed too skinny.
hpdblues
Any "close-up" photos available of the MG-34/DLT-19 with the "fins" on???
SethB6025
Scroll up bro! Or watch ANH, they are most easily seen during the roadblock scene. Far left of the screen, if I remember right.
