I am resculpting all my Sons moulds and have spent countless hours on the face plate alone. The good news is that I am done with the helmet and ready to form it this week. rottie Posted September 15, 2012 Author Share Posted September 15, 2012 I am making them for a kid that's about 6 to 7 years old and able to trim down...I used my oldest son freddie who is 6 and made it a touch bigger for him....I did not make any return edges so you can cut to fit and what I was goint to do for the edges is white fome tape for 2 reasons...1 return edge and 2 a little more confortable for both my guys Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
