G'day. Baytrooper, from Hervey Bay in Queensland, Australia, checking in. Well I finally got my 501st ID and am very proud to represent The Redback Garrison of Queensland, Australia. http://501st.com.au/ This was my first troop, and it was a big one. It was held on The Gold Coast in Queensland at an event called Supanova. It's a huge cosplay event that travels across Australia. https://www.facebook...ovaexpo?fref=ts This year, our Garrison was once again one of the main attractions and this year we had the honor of leading the first ever Supanova Parade thru the streets of the city. Whilst at the event, we raised $7767.20 over the 2 days, with money going to the Starlight Children's Foundation https://www.facebook...stralia?fref=ts and to Frankee-Lee's Hearing Spree https://www.facebook...136151416487987 Well done everyone! Awesome effort ay Next up is a HUGE Troop on May the 4th at Dreamworld in Queensland http://www.dreamworl...rmtroopers.aspx I must say I'm a bit nervous, but excited at the same time. People from all over Australia make their way to this In the near future I hope to get my kit up to MEPD standards and be deployed as part of this Awesome Group.
