Hello everyone, Bones here again with another test fit and promotion photos for a Halloween event at the tattoo shop I work at (Crown and Dagger Tattoo) here in Lancaster, CA. So the apprentice taking the photos didn’t tell me my sniper knee plate was under my thigh or that my cod snaps were hanging or my ammo pouch slouching lol but I feel my progress on my fitmant is going well. Still being a little short to be a sandtrooper the backs of my knees have some nice pinch bruises so I’ll still need to shorten my shins. The abdomen is as high as I can get it to reach and my thigh snaps are also as high as they can go. Few more things I need would be a nice backpack and a BFG or just a blaster. Thanks for checking out my progress hoping to finish soon and submit my first go for approval If anyone wants to show off some of your progress on fitting and any tips please do, id love to see. -Bones

@Airborne Trooperthanks Jason I should do that. When I received my armor I didn’t take much photos during the process. Too much excitement but I’ll work on gathering some photos and info on what I’ve been doing now.

Hey @Hausi , thanks for the help! It sucks, I’d love to keep the bracket stystem for more than looks but I am a little short to be a sandtrooper haha I will work on making some elastic snaps so I can get the proper fitment on the abdomen and chest. Doing that I might have to trim the return edge on kidney,back and butt so it doesn’t look like I’m sagging in the back and snug in the front. When I was walking I was being pintched in the my knee ditch so I’ll be pushing those shins further down. I was trying to keep this build as screen accurate as I can with out making my trooper an actual cannon if that makes any sense. Wanted to create my own character with the traditional ways of building. This is my first build so I appreciate your help! Hard doing it on my own. Thanks again! -Bones

Hello all who sees, just wanted to share some progress to my armor. Upgraded to a proper pauldron from Mike Trooperbay still need some adjustments to the fit. Seems to be favoring one side and can not get the abdomen to fit higher and chest further down because of my height using the screen accurate bracket system. Would love to hear some feedback good and bad. Thanks -Bones

Hello all MEPD, thanks for approval on my account. Wanted to introduce my self formally to you all. I am not sure where to post this as I am new to all forums. My name is James Earl Bones or just “Bones” MEPD hopeful, few adjustments being made before submitting a request for approval. Tattoo artist of 12 years. I have been Tatooine(tattooing lol) in the city of Lancaster in California for my entire career. A wretched hive of scum and villainy. Perfect for troopers to keep the order of the Empire and search for droids. Family man, father of one and one on the way. Welder in training, and loyalist of the Empire.
