It was just my first troop as a TD. This was my 30th troop between my 7 approved costumes. But I will say, I think the TD is my favorite! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Crookknight's Sandtrooper Armor and Pack Build Thread
inklegg replied to CrookKnight's topic in Sandtrooper Armor
I used these acrylic paints watered down with a little bit of Windex (neutral grey & burnt umber). Starting with grey, I dabbed all over, let dry for a minute or so, then dabbed the majority off. Let that dry, and repeated with the umber. If it gets too dry and difficult to remove, just spray Windex on your napkin or armor (mist from about 2” away) and it loosens back up. TD-71112 is now approved! Can you please add Sandtrooper access? Thanks, Jeff Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Looking for any tips or tricks to weather the fabric part of the belt. I did mine today and very unhappy with the results. Spent a ton of time trying to undo what was done and I think I (mostly) got it to where I can try again. Please let me know how to make it not so paper white and look natural. Thanks in advance. Ok, Im going to make the red cuts. One more question though, post #2 says 22mm x 22mm. My blue line is about 40mm. Should I make the cut even though its bigger than 22mm? Or should I make the notch smaller than the red lines to match up w/22mm? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I know the picture isn’t great (and its upside down), but what is the general consensus here? Red or green cuts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hello, hope this is the right place to post a question about the Police Officer program. It states “if your armor and gear have been made to meet all the CRL requirements”. I do not have a pack yet (but will in the future). Since a pack is not required in the CRL, is it required for PO? I couldn’t find anywhere stating the pack was required and wanted to verify before submitting for PO. Thanks in advance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Silver sharpie. Rub/wipe it with a paper towel while its wet to get the “scratched metal” look. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have several totes and wanted to go with a theme that looked used and functional for my Sandtrooper. My brother is waterjetting me an aluminum cover for the Husky logo, once I have that I will weather it and be done. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
